I was stuck in the middle of the freeway by Kettleman city, and my insurance called to tell me that everyone turned down the job due to the holiday and being later in the afternoon. Also I was in the middle of nowhere on the 5fwy. Lo and behold, Eric came to the rescue with his trusty tow truck and took my car to the following stops: first, he took me to the supercharger to see if it'll charge-- doesn't work (tears!). Then, he drove me to Fresno to drop it off at the Tesla service shop for repair in the morning (62miles away). He not only made sure that I was safe, but he took good care of my vehicle when it was completely dead. As an aside, it's harder to get your car onto a tow bed when your vehicle cant be switched into neutral. But he made it happen! If you're ever stuck or need someone to tow your call, this is the business right here! Professional, efficient, and overall great service!!
