What I found to be very annoying, but I guess it's a sign of the times is lots of products are locked up. So, if you need something, you have to push the bottom for assistance. They are supposed to come open the glass case, and you get what you need. Well! In this Target, they take their sweet time coming or the buttons don't work at all. I finally found a button (2 rows over) and told the young man about the botton not working. He could care less! No response at all. Unfortunately, I needed vitamins and toothpaste which are both locked behind glass doors. I'm seeing this more and more in different stores. I feel this is a shame that people steal so bad that everything is locked away. It makes for a bad shopping experience. I will not go to these stores for products that are locked up from now on unless I have no choice. Other than that complaint, I enjoyed my trip to Target.

What was especially upsetting was seeing her experience what appeared to be public humiliation and embarrassment over an accusation that, based on what was shown, appeared to be unfounded. Situations like this are deeply concerning because customers should not feel targeted, criminalized, or treated differently based on their race. Being falsely accused of wrongdoing in a public setting can cause significant emotional distress, embarrassment, and trauma. As a Black consumer, watching this was extremely disappointing. It made me question whether I would feel comfortable shopping at Target knowing that another Black customer could potentially experience something similar. I believe Target has a responsibility to ensure that every customer is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. I hope this incident is taken seriously, investigated appropriately, and used as an opportunity to review how employees handle situations involving suspected theft or other customer concerns. Until I feel confident that Black customers and all customers are being treated fairly and respectfully, I personally do not feel comfortable continuing to shop at Target. I would appreciate a response explaining what steps Target takes to prevent situations like this from occurring and how the company addresses concerns involving potential racial profiling or inappropriate treatment of customers. He should have a sign on the door with his regular hours - AND STICK TO THEM. It is a basic axiom of retail to let your customers know when to come. This guy just don't get it. Other stores in the center have no hours posted and have odd schedules I e. not conforming to typical retail. If you Google the center it says everyday 10-8, but few of the stores follow that schedule. So shopping there is a hit or miss.

While walking around the security guards are looking at you and make you feel really uncomfortable. On top of several security guards walking around there was not a lot of merchandise to look at. This store was all over the place and in my opinion was not an enjoyable shopping experience. I finally got what I came for and waited in line. The line was about 10 people deep and there was only one cashier. It was not until 20 minutes later that the cashier called a 2nd cashier to help. There was more people behind me and you could tell people were annoyed with the customer service. I live around this Ross and do not remember the last time I came, and now I remember why I do not go to this Ross. I most likely will not be coming back to this store again. I would rather drive to the Warrington Ross then go to this one. Suggestions for this store would be: have more than one cashier at the front of the store when busy.
