Which they were when I picked them up on Thursday April 30th. It was also a GREAT price at $1.99 per pound.. Which came out to $30. Along with a substantial tip. I left the woman who did my clothes. Most places charge $3.49 per pound and up.. They also don't charge for detergent, colored bleach, bleach, softener and dryer sheets. Which is AWESOME Because, most places charge extra.. What a great idea!. I also liked the fact that they don't use any toxic chemicals. I know most people don't even realize how many toxic chemicals they come into contact with on a day-to-day basis. She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!
