I pulled up to one and tried prepaying using my credit card. The screen immediately said to go inside the store and see the cashier. It's fun using a Canadian credit card in the States. I tried looking for the pump number. I couldn't find it. I went inside the store. The cashier was wonderful. I gave her my credit card and asked for $50 to prepay for gas. She asked what gas pump I was at. I truly didn't know. She got her colleague to take a look. I was next to the FedEx truck. I was at 18. I went back to my car and filled my rental car up with gas. And not a lot each time, but enough that it adds up.I know they've overcharged me at least 20 times since I moved in the area last August. And those were just the times I noticed. I want to be able to say it's not intentional, but several times I brought it to their attention. And a few times I just left the merch on the counter after being rung up the wrong amount. Trying to send a message. I did get one purchase for free. As a gesture to make up for it, which is not the point. They don't have a system that just lets them scan the item, so they are entering it by hand and memory. The bottom line is that if they over charge me, they overcharge everybody and are therefore stealing from their customers. They have to change their practices because someone will come in nearby and eat their lunch. Good luck to them.

The salsa is always great but today it was especially spicy! I'm only allowed a 30 minute break and I can drive here and get back to work within 20 minutes, and that's without calling the order in! They prepare the food fast and package it well! There always seems to be a different cook in the kitchen but always tastes good. Beside the street tacos they also have, chimichangas, tortas, regular sandwiches, corn dogs, burgers and other stuff. All the stuff just mentioned I believe isn't made fresh to order like the tacos.

They are a in a modest setting (classic Taqueria), but the food was fantastic. We ordered a tacos of al pastor & lengua, 4 birria tacos, 3 gorditas - 2 of lengua and one of chorizo, along with a chile toreado and 2 Topo Chicos. The had a mild green sauce and a spicier orange sauce along with a bowl of pickled jalapenos, carrots and onions on the table (see photos). While the tacos were good, what really stood out were the gorditas - they may be the best ones I have ever had. They almost looked like they were grilled but they were fried they were not fooling around - just onions, cilantro, & the meat that you picked inside. Outstanding! (I later find out that they make their own chorizo). The birria - queso tacos were also excellent, but the consume (dipping sauce) was fantastic. It had a bit of onions and cilantro, and it was just a little bit spicy - not greasy at all. Value wise, this place rocked. The tacos were $2.19, birria sold in either 3 ($9.99) or 4 ($12.99). The gorditas were also sold 3 at a time for $9.59 or $10.99 depending on your meat selection. The service was also great! We dined in and they brought menus and took our orders and asked us several times if we needed anything. This place also has a Mexican Market and Butcher shop where they make their own chorizo, milanesa's, and cecina. The quality of the meat looked very good so we bought a couple of pounds to try it. If you like authentic Mexican Taquerias, you need to give El Primo a try.
