Rise Soufflé is delicious. I have gone twice now and will definitely return. The marshmallow and French onion soup are very good - and the rise salad with chicken is devine. The soufflés are good - my favorite is chocolate - and the bread and butter might be my favorite! I took my picky husband here and he loved itB

A unique experience that I enjoyed way more than I expected. We were celebrating a new job, so my partner and I got the set meals. My choices were the marshmallow soup, the jaubon and cheese, and the chocolate. My partner got a cheese plate, the truffle mushroom, and the raspberry. The marshmallow soup was as good as reviews described. A very good tomato bisque, and the marshmallows were true to texture while having a mild goat cheese flavor. The pesto touch was very good. Dip the bread they bring to the table in it for sure! My boyfriend also really liked the cheese plate. Note that the cheeses were blue cheese, Camembert, a goat cheese, and a truffle infused one. I'd say the main course was actually the low point for me, but it was still very good. Extremely fluffy meringue texture with egg taste. Partner and I agreed they were good but could've used some sort of sauce to add more notes. We both enjoyed our dessert soufflés more. Our waitress was kind enough to let me get chocolate, and it had the energy of a mug cake if you've ever made one. The chocolate sauce made it great. Boyfriend really loved his raspberry one, and described the sauce as melted ice cream. I tried a bit and would liken his to a muffin. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was extremely cute and unique inside, with low light and character.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waitress was attentive and offered great recommendations. It was overall a great place to have a slightly upscale meal or date, and I'm interested in returning. The artichoke appetizer in particular caught my eye. I will say that it is quite light--had we not both had two soufflés, an appetizer and bread, I think it's possible we would've left hungry. Overall a great place to have in the area and I'll be back!

You have to love soufflés to really love this place. The decorations were over the top, service was top notch, and soufflés were top tier. The rise salad was fantastic - crisp apples, sweet pecans, creamy gorgonzola, and a refreshing vinaigrette dressing. You must not skip out on this salad. I tried the Escargot and Bread Pudding soufflés. The Escargot was different from other soufflés as it had pockets of snail and dough instead of one giant soufflé. It was a bit salty for my liking but still very delicious. The Bread Pudding was light, airy, and fabulous. I'm not a big fan of soufflés, but I really enjoyed Rise. It's perfect for date night.

When you walk into Rise, you feel the essence of French around you (okay, maybe not in the Live in Texas books - but I get why they carry them). The restaurant is warm interior and cozy surroundings. Dark woods, an open kitchen, and friendly staff make it so enjoyable. While I have had many of the soufflés, my favorite eat is the Rise Salad with Salmon - sooooo delicious! And let's not forget their bread! Yes, we get several orders of the bread because it's that good!

I've loved Rise Souffle for years but this was my first time at the Plano location. I came for dinner on a weekend so it was busy but we were seated promptly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy yet light with all of the French inspired decor. Our server was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. From the souffles to the drinks, it was all delicious. Oh and I'll forever recommend getting the marshmallow soup too - this is my fave. It was a great dinner date experience and we will certainly return. :)

Another visit to this amazing restaurant. I want to point out that I had an issue with a piece of decor that they actually rectified. I was shocked and impressed that they resolved the issue. That said, this visit consisted of their cheese platter, ahi Tuna dish, Steak and Pommes dish, chocolate soufflé and Pecan Praline soufflé. All absolutely excellent. Sadly, by the end of the meal I was too full to finish my chocolate soufflé. But again, I'll return. Our server was wonderful, pleasant, and available. Ambiance is always beautiful and relaxed. Another happy visit.

Always a great place for a celebration!

This is the spot for a special occasion. The reservation process is smooth and sets the tone for a quality, fine French dining experience! While I may not be an expert on the soufflé, my taste buds and belly give this establishment 5 stars. My eyes give the food 5 stars for appearance. My nose also continues the 5 star trend. The interior decor is more than just stuff on the walls. It sets the tone for the fun French adventure ahead!

Cute place, very cozy and intimate. It was busy when we arrived, but they did seat us as soon as they could. I had the jamon and gruyere souffle - very light and fluffy and savory. The bread was amazing - warm and soft with butter. We didn't love the cranberry/champagne dessert souffle we ordered - it was not cooked all the way through and was gummy in the center. Probably just a minor error in the kitchen not leaving it in the oven quite long enough. The souffles do not really fill you up; I was hungry again not long after. However, they have salads and other items as well; not only souffles. Overall it's a good place for a lunch with friends and prices are reasonable.

We are repeat customers of Rise. The food and service never disappoint. We went here for our second date and we came back for our anniversary of it years later! The soufflés are also wonderful and service is always great! How they manage to constantly come up with great new seasonal flavors amazes me. If you haven't stopped by I would recommend!

This is a great spot for a special or unique experience. It feels both magical and unpretentious at the same time (wine is served in small glasses, not wine goblets). I brought out of town guests that are generally healthy eaters, and rise has a lot of options for all diets that are well portioned. The prix fixe menu is an excellent deal, so long as the options in that menu have the items you wish to try. Still, it's quite a lot of food and I might recommend splitting items as tempting as it may be to order multiples. Service was a bit hit or miss. We were served dishes and didn't have utensils. Also, it wasn't until we got home that we sorted out that I received the cauliflower soufflé that my friend ordered, while she got my sausage dish. The soufflés look very similar so it makes sense the server got them mixed up, we only realized when my friend mentioned her cauliflower was spicy and mine didn't taste like sausage at all. As people that don't eat soufflés often, we just thought we didn't understand the taste and had a good laugh about it. Overall this is a nice spot and a welcome addition the Plano area. Next time I'll be asking for the "theater seats" -- there aren't many but if they are available you can watch the chef team in action!

We visited while scouting a venue for a baby shower and it exceeded every expectation. The food alone would have won us over. The soufflés are truly the stars of the menu: I had the Southwest chicken while my friend chose the smoked salmon, and both were incredibly light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. Absolute perfection. The best we have ever had! We couldn't resist dessert, and the chocolate molten cake à la mode was every bit as indulgent and delicious as it sounds, rich, warm, and beautifully plated. Beyond the food, the details made the experience even more special. The service was attentive and polished, the French press coffee was a treat (served in a perfectly warmed cup), and even the napkins added a charming, elegant touch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor is effortlessly chic, creating a space that feels both stylish and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A fun bonus, the bathroom soap smelled so amazing that you can actually purchase it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After our visit, the decision was easy. This is the perfect spot for a baby shower. We're already looking forward to coming back.

When I used to live in DFW, I've heard rave reviews about rise soufflé. Then I moved away. But when the opportunity to visit DFW, I jumped at the chance! I learned there was a Plano location and was so excited! The dimmed atmosphere gave a very intimate feeling and promise of an enjoyable dining experience. My party and I were seated promptly and the staff who tended to us were so very friendly and engaging conversations with. I chose to order from "Select 3" - starter, entree, and dessert: rise salad made up of baby greens, blue cheese, roasted pecans, Granny Smith apples and pecan vinaigrette - this salad was so refreshing, I couldn't believe that I finished off the serving. Then I ordered the Jambon & Gruyère one of the savory soufflés offered - basically a ham and cheese - so fluffy and very savory! Finished off my meal with a classic Crème Brûlée - it was sweet and delicious. Can't wait to return to DFW and enjoy this place again!

I came here for my birthday and it was such a treat!! While the menu is not the largest, everything was executed to perfection! I had the ham and cheese souffle with a chocolate dessert soufflé and the charcuterie board to share with my family. The soufflés were decadent, rich, and the perfect texture. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The waiters were friendly and the atmosphere felt so elegant and cozy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Loved it! Wouldn't come everyday, but for a treat every once in a while this was fantastic! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not the best for a large group, but perfect for my family of 4![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Please check it out, this place was such an adventure!

The selection is thoughtfully curated, with robust flavors and quality ingredients. I ordered the Wood Grilled Shrimp, a House Salad with added Salmon, a glass of Moscato, and a slice of Cheesecake for dessert. My entire ticket was under $80 which I thought was a great value for the quality and experience! And I have to give a special shoutout to my waiter, CJ! He was such a delight and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the flavors. One thing I've noticed at many restaurants is that the waitstaff sometimes doesn't seem to actually eat where they work , so I really appreciate when a server can genuinely speak on the food and make recommendations with confidence. I'll definitely be visiting again! Great food, great service, and a beautiful ambiance.

We fully understood that we were early and were told that we had been checked in and that our table would be ready closer to our reservation time. We had absolutely no issue with that. While waiting, we found an area near the bar and ordered appetizers and drinks, spending close to $300 before we were ever seated for dinner. At approximately 8:20 p.m., after our reservation time had passed and we had received no update, we approached the host stand to make sure they knew we were still waiting. We were told that they were waiting for seats to become available and that we would be seated soon. At 8:30 p.m., we were still waiting. When we approached the host stand again, the response was noticeably less courteous. We were told that they could not ask people to leave their tables and that we would be seated when they could accommodate us. At some point during this exchange, we were also told that once we were eventually seated, they would provide us with complimentary appetizers. I want to be very clear: this was never about receiving free food or having something taken off our bill. We had already spent close to $300 on drinks and appetizers while waiting. I neither wanted nor needed complimentary appetizers. What I wanted was for our reservation to be honored within a reasonable amount of time--or, at the very least, for someone to communicate honestly with us, acknowledge the problem, and treat our family with respect. Offering free appetizers did nothing to address the actual issue. By approximately 8:35 p.m.--20 minutes after our reservation time and nearly 50 minutes after we initially checked in--it was apparent that there was no urgency to seat us and, more importantly, no meaningful communication about when we could expect to be seated. At that point, General Manager Landry became involved. Unfortunately, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer any reasonable solution, his attitude made an already frustrating situation substantially worse. When I reminded him that we had an 8:15 reservation and asked when we could realistically expect to be seated, he again told us that we would be seated when they could seat us. I explained that our party included a pregnant mother-to-be who had not eaten and was beginning to feel unwell, as well as a young child. There was no apparent concern or effort to accommodate the situation. When I pressed him for a more specific timeframe, Landry responded that "it's just a reservation." That statement was astonishing to me. A reservation is a commitment made between a restaurant and its customer. I certainly understand that restaurants run behind and that unexpected circumstances occur. What I do not understand is a General Manager dismissing a customer's reservation as though it carries no significance whatsoever. I asked Landry what Sixty Vines' policy would be if I had arrived 30 minutes late for my reservation. Instead of addressing the obvious point behind the question, he accused me of being "aggressive" and informed me that, if he wanted to, he could simply ask our party to leave. That response was completely inappropriate. Rather than acknowledging that his restaurant had failed to honor our reservation, apologizing for the delay, or attempting to find a solution, the General Manager chose to threaten to remove a family that had been patiently waiting and had already spent nearly $300 at the restaurant. A few minutes later, Landry walked past our group and visibly shook his head at us. It was dismissive, disrespectful, and entirely unbecoming of someone entrusted with managing a restaurant and representing the Sixty Vines brand. Ironically, the person who demonstrated the most professionalism and empathy that evening was the young server who had been taking care of us near the bar. She observed what was happening, approached us on her own, apologized for the situation, and asked whether there was anything she could do to help. Her response stood in stark contrast to that of the General Manager. By this point, we had closed our tab. The pregnant member of our party had become so unwell while we waited that she actually vomited. We informed Landry of what had happened, and again there appeared to be little concern. His primary focus remained his assertion that we had "yelled" at him. To be clear, customers who have waited well beyond their reservation time, received virtually no meaningful communication, and then been told by the General Manager that "it's just a reservation" are understandably going to become frustrated. A capable General Manager should know how to manage that frustration professionally rather than escalating the situation and threatening to remove the customers. Ultimately, we left without ever having the birthday dinner.

Their dough and marinara sauces are incredible. Overall a nice place on the upscale side. On Friday nights like tonight, it can be LOUD, which is a downside. But with a reservation, we were seated immediately and all our service was very prompt by our waiter. Even with a full house, food was out in 15 minutes or maybe even less. I would recommend this!

Atmosphere: Came on a whim on a Saturday night. This place was packed. Although we arrived before…read morethe rush, they had a lot of tables reserved and still the restaurant was full. Fortunately, they had some space on the patio. It was a hot night however they had couple fans to blow away some heat. Food: Started with a salad which was fresh, flavorful and with large chunks of beets, watermelon, and feta cheese. Great appetizer. My wife and I wanted to try a couple of items to share for the main entree, I had branzino. The whole fish, filleted, and grilled. The flavor was rich, without being overly salty nor too oily. The sides 1. Grilled Branzino - Served with quinoa arugula salad 2. Ali Nazik- Chargrilled lamb shish over smoked eggplant puree served with bean salad on the side Both were fantastic. The lamb was cooked just right and turned out moist and tender. The eggplant puree was a great texture; neither too smooth to lose its integrity nor too chunky. The staff was attentive and helpful. Verdict: 9/10: Would definitely go back but with a reservation or in a mindset to sit in the heat on the patio. Also, the deboning process for the fish could've used a little more care, but that didn't take away from the flavor.

Disappointed at the experience. I had been to the restaurant…read morein the past and had enjoyed it and perhaps this was an off night and I'm sorry to leave a poor review but there is room for improvement. The good : flavors were delicious. Our server was attentive and the entire staff seemed happy to have us.The flat bread pide (at another table) looked sumptuous . Chicken shish kebab chunks were cooked well and seasoned nicely and were juicy. The complementary bread is superb. The yogurt dip that went with though was not enough for us to have more than a few bites. Needs improvement: there was no reason why the accompanying (delicious) bean and cucumber salad was 24 to 48 hours old with Limp cucumbers and parsley and flavorless tomatoes. Needs to be fresh daily and use cherry tomatoes or Campari tomatoes for flavor and crispness. Turkish Rice was meh. It was cooked properly but not a whole lot of flavor and perhaps I was expecting more of a Lebanese style pilaf with butter, nuts, spices, onions, etc. to brighten it up. Beyti minced beef had good flavor, but why did they have gristle in it? My dinner companion complains was that this was a cheap cut. The butcher supplier is not paying attention. It also could've used a little bit more sauce on the bread wrap pieces for added juiciness. We ordered the.Tzatziki yogurt dip which helped add juiciness . There was no reason why the Turkish red wine came out warm. I realize that we were in a Dallas summer at 95° at 9 PM and the restaurant was slightly warm but still. Lastly, the owners might think about mitigating the hard surfaces that reflect sound in the restaurant. It's a lively place, but we were subjected to the group of six women who were drinking enough to be loud and screechy across the room - all too common across the city -and I did not need to hear them yukking it up. The place was full on a Saturday night, which bodes well for this restaurant. The staff attitude is good, but I'm afraid this will not be a repeat for me and my companions. .
