I honestly can not say enough great things about this place? I hate that there are so many bad reviews. It's in a sketchy area lol but other than that everyone has always been very helpful. My wedding set is from here and my husbands wedding band. I had a diamond fall out the side of my engagement ring right before our wedding and it was fixed in no time, free of charge. My husbands ring is slightly too tight so they are taking it back and ordering a new one that fits correctly, free of charge and I just called and asked how much it was to get my rings soldered together, also free of charge. They clean my ring often and are always very friendly towards us. My husband actually bought me an engagement ring some where else and his grandfather recommended this place instead so he returned it and found a way better deal at Fox. The staff is very rude and demeaning towards people of color. They need to be retrained in customer service. They also conveniently lose items that are brought to them for cleaning or repair, and they offer to pay you less than what it is worth to replace it. Run while you can. read more

I saw a video on Facebook of an extremely calm customer who fox jewelry "accidentally" sold her jewelry that she traveled to purchase and the staff mistreated her! Fox Jewelry and Loan offers an amazing selection of beautiful jewelry with superb customer service. Located in the heart of downtown just a few blocks down from the courthouse, I suspect they get some business from those needing to pawn jewelry to pay fines or from those who want to pick up a couple of rings after getting their marriage license. We did the latter earlier this year when we decided to get married, we purchased our rings here. Fox Jewelry was the first place we looked, and although we intended to shop around we were impressed with the prices and the service so we just bought the first rings we liked here. I was really looking for silver tone with sparkling diamonds, but did not seek out a specific metal. What we purchased was white gold, but being gold the silver tone shows the yellow tone gold with minimal wear. I recalled they mentioned we could exchange any jewelry purchased at Fox for the purchase value towards another piece in the future which I thought was awesome. However, now that we used this ring to get married, it has sentimental value so I did not really want to exchange it for a new silver ring. I was researching online how to solve this issue then reached out to Fox for their suggestion. They invited me back in for a free clean up and polish while I waited and suddenly my ring looks shiny silver like bran new again. I will definitely trust all my fine jewelry decisions to Fox in the future and can trust they will back their products with a smile on their face. read more
