I called and called and was promised to have a call back to schedule the appointment to no avail. In my opinion I would not recommend her for facial procedures of any kind.

Their 1st and 2nd visit introductory videos contain blatant "snake oil" claims, e.g. "90% of disease is caused by neuro-skeletal issues". (I suspect Louis Pasteur would be a little surprised by that.) #2. They seem to specialize in very short/small adjustments, multiple times per week. I make no claims, but suggest googling "chiropractic mill". Caveat Emptor. #3. They did very little in the way of observational diagnosis. (E.g. bend forward, back, turn neck, turn shoulders, etc. etc.) Instead, two very quick checks and they started in on (a very few) adjustments. #4. The doc I saw literally did not understand the difference between millimeters and centimeters.

He also said you can come in 2 times a week if you want slower results, which means to me that the care he can provide be done with less visits. I would recommend you look elsewhere for your chiropractor visits. Dr. Kramer told me my lower back could not be fixed the damage has already been done. I visited another chiropractor for a second opinion who told me I CAN be fixed. I only have to see the other chiropractor when I feel like I need an adjustment. No requirements on amount of times I need to see him.
