Even though we felt a bit embarrassed to call for help, he was courteous, professional, and resolved the issue without hesitation. Three months of repairs just to get my car back still overheating\…read more I originally brought the car to him because it was overheating\. I was told the problem had been diagnosed, that he could repair it, and that when the work was completed the overheating issue would be fixed\. He was friendly and seemed like he was trying to help me out, but what was supposed to be a repair turned into roughly three months of waiting\. There was constantly something causing another delay\. I would be told he had other things that were more important, things were getting in the way, he was getting behind, or that he would get to it soon\. Weeks just kept passing\. Then it seemed like every other week I was being told there was another problem with the car that needed to be addressed\. I tried to be understanding because I know unexpected problems can come up when working on a vehicle, especially once you start getting into the repair\. But after being patient through three months of delays and being told about one new problem after another, I ultimately got the car back still overheating--the exact reason I brought it there in the first place\. I don't have anything personal against him, and he was nice throughout the process, but after being without my car for three months, I expected the repair I originally brought it in for to actually be completed\. Unfortunately, I now have to take the car somewhere else and start figuring out the overheating issue again\. Based on my experience, I can't recommend his work\.

DISAPPOINTED! Buyer beware of HUGE markups on parts (up to 200%), opting for aftermarket parts…read morethat almost fit and Regional Management uninterested in customer service! (Kudos to Marshall and Wayne for trying!) We trusted this Express Oil location with oil changes and repairs since 2021. Unfortunately, a major repair in March 2025 revealed very serious issues. The shop installed aftermarket rear strut assemblies. Afterward, Honda performed an alignment and found the rear camber at -2.2° and -1.9°, outside factory specifications. Rear camber on this vehicle is not adjustable, so the geometry should fall within spec if the correct parts are used. Express Oil insists the parts are correct, even though the car cannot be aligned properly and now requires additional repair. Managers tried to reason with Regional Manager, but they declined replacing the part. The Managers are not allowed to provide Regional Manager contact information, so further communication must go through corporate. This same shop previously damaged the vehicle's oil-pan threads over time and a self-tapping screw was needed. Store managers, Marshall and Wayne, were polite and tried to help, but corporate policy blocked any real resolution. Because of this experience and the alignment results, I no longer trust their mechanical work. I recommend caution when having major repairs done here and suggest confirming all parts with the dealer before approving service. SO FRUSTRATED!

When I called, there were a few vehicles that had caught my eye. However, I needed to drive them and compare some features. When I arrived, the salesman was ready with the keys. The salesman was patient and informed. He made the experience simple and I will come back to see what they add to their inventory.

Since I had replaced the brakes just last year, I decided to get a second opinion before spending that kind of money. I then took my truck to another shop for an alignment and a brake inspection. They found that my brake pads are still at approximately 50% on all four wheels and do not need to be replaced. This experience has completely damaged my trust in the service department. Being told I needed over $1,000 in unnecessary repairs is unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone who is quoted expensive repairs to get a second opinion before authorizing the work. It could save you a lot of money. I won't be returning for service, and I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision.
