The heavy set woman came out, was not pleasant, got her license and insurance information and told her to go to the waiting room. Then with greasy hands drove the Jeep into the bay. He replaced several parts for a fair price, kept us in the loop the whole time, and quickly figured out what was going on. I ultimately decided to get my car towed back to Houston. He let me keep the car there for a couple of days while I arranged a tow, held onto the keys, and personally gave them to the tow truck driver and sent us photos/updates when they arrived. I had my old insurance paper card in hand and my new card was emailed to me from my insurance company DIRECTLY! They informed me that they can't accept it from my phone and they needed a paper copy.
