    Pulled up about 3:50 pm today. There were 3 cars in the bays so I knew I'd have to wait just a bit…read more I was greeted and told there were 3 people working the bays so it shouldn't be too long. 10 minutes later I was guided into the bay. No problem. 25 minutes passed and NO ONE spoke to me to get my info or start working on my vehicle. Finally, I asked a guy that was walking past my vehicle if there was a traffic cone in front of me. He replied no. I said good...because I'm leaving. He said, Oh sorry. I won't be back. I understand having to wait....but 25 minutes and nobody checking? Sorry...your 25% coupon isn't worth wasting time.

    I stopped for an oil change at Take 5 because it was convenient (I was already on that side of…read moretown, anyone from Granbury knows that's a major plus), but I would strongly recommend going ANYWHERE else. * They charged me $1,150 for a basic oil change. The error was only fixed after I pointed it out, and the only receipts I received were the incorrect one and the refund/charge correction, not an itemized one. They did end up fixing it (still pending on my bank account as of right now, but only one charge has gone through fully). * They showed me a photo of a completely empty coolant reservoir, claimed it was from my car, and told me it was unsafe to leave without a coolant flush and that they would have to report it to carfax. The photo was not of my vehicle. I returned to get an itemized receipt and ask for my air filter back and they told me that they had not said it was empty (assistant manager Braiden Turner had me step out of my vehicle and look at the perfectly fine coolant reservoir (which he insisted was empty). When I said "yeah, what about it?" He switched to talking about it being the quality and state of the coolant being unsafe. * They removed my air filter, told me it had not been changed in two years and wouldn't work properly (I had it replaced in May and the inside of the pleats are still pretty white), and then failed to reinstall it before letting me leave. I left with NO air filter in my car. After this, I went to Jiffy Lube across from Whataburger because my car was getting hot and not accelerating right on my way home. They confirmed the issue, got me a new filter, and checked my coolant (it wasn't empty) and treated me with professionalism and kindness. I'll be going there from now on. Told me that I needed to get an itemized receipt and watch my bank account and to call them if I end up having any issues with my car after it being serviced. Please learn from my mistake and take your car elsewhere!

Thomas is great, he has stopped what…read morehe's doing to come check out what I'm describing, last time he even took it for a drive to see if he could give me an idea of what to expect. They're always busy but try their best to get to your vehicle as soon as they can, they're honest, the last two times, ( 2 different problems) my vehicle has been ready sooner than expected, and they were able to repair it for less than I was expecting. Great service!

I took my vehicle in because it was not running. I was thinking that it was a transmission issue and told them this. After 4 days I called for a status on my car and the front desk lady started in on me saying that there are 4 other cars in front of me and that she would call me when they have a chance to look at it. I was beside myself at how rude she was yet again. How the hell am I suppose to know how many cars they are working on, I mean REALLY... My car set there for 10 days before they even looked at it. They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!
