Took my wife's car there for the first time. After the tech above ground showed me the oil and closed everything up I noticed that the underground service portion was taking a bit longer than normal. Lots of extra drilling. They didn't put the screws on right or stripped them and the plate came off while my wife had over a 4hour car ride. Thankfully she had some tape to tape hold it on (had to do this a few times to get to her destination). Will never visit this location again. read more

Stay away from this place if you like your car. I went in for a premium oil change and service. They didn't put the skid plate back on my car correctly. They only used 2 bolts instead of 8. This caused it to come off while going down the highway. It caused damage to my car and caused a huge headache. read more

The oil change light popped on in my car a thousand miles into a road trip. I was on the highway searching for a place that could do it and found this place on google. We got there really early in the morning and the two guys that were working there were super nice and friendly. I am not a car person and can never remember what I need to do and what kind of oil to use and stuff. They were very helpful in recommending what was best for my car and didn't just try to upsell me to the highest level product like other places I've been to before. These guys over here really do know what customer service is all about. They are honest, informative, and best of all, they treat your car like it was their own. This place has really gone down hill. I have been a long time customer for many years with several cars. It used to be pleasant with nice friendly staff. For the past 5 visits I have left upset. As you sit in your car you listen to the workers complain about having to work. Then they are so busy complaining they don't even ask why you are there or what you want. They forget to do half of the services they offer while they are bitching and whining. I've given this place way too many second chances for such crappy attitudes and service. read more

I always get my oil changes and tires rotated here and today was no different. However, after heading to my next stop I ran over something and now had a flat tire. Since I know nothing about cars I called them. John saved the day!! He came and was able to get my tire patched and I was back the road again. That is above and beyond customer service. I had a much different experience lately than above. We were going out of town last weekend. Maintenance minder on my Yukon said 2% oil life remaining. Wouldn't make it through the weekend without going past due so I went for oil change Friday night. Checked hours before I went over and it said closed at 5:00. It was 4:40 but I decided to try and make it anyhow. Pulled in at 4:50 and both at doors were open. Guys inside motioned me forward to pull in. Now let's be honest, 10 minutes until closing they don't want to take anymore cars it's closing time but they brought me in right away. I'm in the computer from previous changes so they pulled up my license plate info and started right away. Next comes the kicker. They are draining the oil when I realize that I don't have my money clip with me so no money or credit cards with me. I told them they should stop, I don't have any money and apologized I was in a hurry to get out the door to try and get there. Owner was there along with all the guys working and they laughed and joked about it. "No problem they said we know where'd you live" and they continued. Owner told me to just come back tomorrow or call in and pay it's fine don't worry about it !! I was shocked really ? Oil change for my Yukon is $100 with filter and synthetic these new motors call for so they trusted I would come back and pay and they do t even know me ? Granted I am in the computer, they do know where I live and who I am but who does this these days? Nowhere that I know of would you be able to get a service done unannounced minutes before closing and without paying when you tell them hey I forgot to bring money . I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a cheeseburger today for those who know the reference is what it amounted to. 12 minutes later I roll out with oil changed ready for my trip and again on "credit", my honesty in all reality. Would they chase me for $100 if I didn't show up? Probably not it's not worth their time or small claims efforts if I didn't show back up. Of course I'm not that type of person. 10 am Sat I returned to pay and thank them, the owner was again there. He starts breaking balls about we open at 7, where have I been and it's going to cost a little extra now . I loved it. These are my kinda guys.
