We gave this place 2 tries... they changed our oil but we saw a leak in the garage- drove all the way back there- apparently they had been sloppy and got oil on some plate and that is what was leaking. OK fine...so we gave them another chance months later when it was time for another oil change. This time the same thing happened!! We do NOT need oil stains in our driveway and garage!! Then after they cleaned it up the second time... We started to smell oil in our car!!! My husband checked and they DID NOT PUT THE CAP on correctly!!!! So oil with splattering all over our engine!!!!! This could cost someone their motor!!! And do you really think Valvoline would pay for a new motor??? NO! The manager Noah was there both times.. either he does not know how to manage and train his people or he is just a bad manager. We will not go back. read more

I had an excellent experience at this location, despite Amanda and crew being short staffed. They were very hard working, polite and accommodating. And it was cool to see that there were alot of female employees there. They're competitively priced, you do pay for the quick convenience. It helps if you have a coupon, which can be found on their website. Overall I really recommend this location. read more

I went to Valvoline for a routine oil change a while ago (August 2018). The mechanics were very nice and I had been going there for a while. They always try to up-sell, but that can only be expected and I always turn it down. However on this occasion, the guy showed me my air filter and told me that I needed a replacement. I thought, "why not?", since it had been 5 years since I purchased the car and it hadn't been changed since. Bad idea. Yesterday, I took my car to another mechanic in Concord to have them replace a couple of tires and fix a cracked rim. Lo and behold, they discovered that my air filter was missing. They were astonished that I had been driving without an air filter for 4 months and billed me for a new air filter immediately because it was so harmful to the car. I, obviously, am extremely upset because I drive between Columbus and Cleveland every weekend and who knows how many miles it took off my car and the damage it did to my engine. I can't even believe it, and neither could the mechanics I brought it to! I did suspect that something was wrong because after leaving, the engine sounded like it was putting in more work upon acceleration. However, I was told that it would sound different because I hadn't had a clean air filter since I bought the car. I'm not so car-savvy, so I feel even worse that I was taken advantage of like that. Man, a dirty air filter still would have been better than no air filter!! This kind of oversight is both unacceptable and dangerous. I would have given a higher star rating because again, they are quick and nice, but the safety issue really can't be overlooked. I have forwarded the invoice back to Valvoline because I expect them to look into it. read more

DO NOT GO THERE ! They "inspect" everything first so they can charge you extra. They use THEIR choice of parts with the excuse that they'll only guarantee the work if they can over charge the customer for parts as well. read more

I've brought my fleet vehicle here a couple times for just an oil change and both time they end doing billable extras with out ever asking me or informing they're going to do them. I get the invoice at the end and there's extra filters added and new wiper blades. The first time they changed air and cabin filters and the second time they changed the front and back wipers and neither time did they ask for my approval or if I wanted any of them replaced. As I wasn't shown or asked about the filters I don't know their condition but my wipers were fine and didn't need replaced. They just enter them in the system for fleet approval and when it gets approved they just go ahead and do it. I won't be bring my fleet or personal vehicle here again and can't recommend that anyone else does. read more

They explained everything thoroughly and made sure to double check they had done everything correctly for me. I had multiple services performed, and they were done quickly and completely. Beware of deceptive and unfair consumer sale practices. My wife recently went in for a routine oil change on my new vehicle that had 23K miles on it and still under manufacturer's warranty. She was told she needed a new battery. Not knowing any better, she believed what they said and we were charged $160.00 for a "Valvoline Battery". Beyond reprehensible! read more

I went to change my oil at home and discovered that Lube Stop put the drain plug on so f@$&! tight that I couldn't get it loose with a socket and breaker bar. Brought the car to Valvoline who mentioned that I'm not the first to say that. Great job Valvoline! read more
