Midway across ND the car dies with an obvious electrical issue. On a Sunday... at 4:30ish in the afternoon. This is not good. A frantic search of garages with their own tow trucks leads us to Auto Express, who answers their phone. We end up talking with Randy, the owner and the world is (eventually) put to rights! First off the tow/drive to garage. We had two options, a straight tow or a "jump pack" which acts as a second battery source in electrical issues. Since we had 3 people and 3 dogs we opted for the considerably less expensive jump pack. We weren't speeding down the highway, by any means but we made it back to the garage. Where a frantic internet search had begun. I drive an Isuzu Rodeo and Isuzu hasn't been an American car seller for almost a decade so parts were hard to find. We thought we had a part available but it wouldn't be until the next day (Monday). Those of us in my car hadn't planned for an extended overnight anywhere so we were prepared to sleep in the car. Randy was kind enough to help us get other options. Of course, the part (an alternator) wasn't avail until Tuesday. Randy kept in touch the whole time and as soon as the part arrived the garage was prompt and fast with the repair. Our courtesy ride to and from the hotel was great. The pricing was excellent and Randy worked with us so we could afford the repair and still get down the road to our destination. I can't sing their praises loud enough! Great job guys and THANK YOU SO MUCH! Sorry I couldn't leave the puppy with you!

I called around town and not many shops could work on diesels (2005 Duramax), or if they could they were booked out a week and up. I got in touch with Advanced Fleet and they said they were also booked out but understood my situation and they were willing to at least diagnose the issue if they had time that day. I arrived and they shuffled vehicles around and got the truck on a lift, pin pointed it was the water pump. They were booked out a good bit as well to do the work, but they moved appointments around and got me an appointment a few days later. Which no one else in town could do. These guys knocked out my water pump with zero issues and even allowed me to use military discount (as I'm active duty). I was also provided a shuttle service to and from the shop. Can't stress it enough how much they helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Great service all around from everyone there. Thanks again.

I was told by a friend that lives in Bismarck to visit Trusted Tire & Auto 5216 OTTAWA STREET, Bismarck, ND. Jaeger was my tech I worked with. OUTSTANDING Representative. They took the tire off and he gave me the bad news. There was slim long nail in the side/top of the tire and they would not guarantee that a patch would work. I told him I bought a brand new tire / rim several years ago and I had it in the back of my truck. They pulled the tire off of that rim and put it on the existing matching rims on my truck. Now the kicker the rim I purchased was only a 5 hole rim vs. the 6 hole rims on my truck. I never paid that much attention to the tire and rim thinking the tech knew what they were doing. Wrong. So I now have a 20 inch rim that does not fit my truck. I told Jaeger Merry Christmas he could have it. I still have the original spare on my truck underneath. It is always great to work with people that are honest and get the job done!!!! More importantly I am going to 18 inch tires from 20 inch tires. I asked them to give to me a price quote on the tires I wanted. Back in my home town the tire dealership I am working with would price match any other dealers. Trusted Tire & Auto quoted a price of $1400 vs. the $2200 back home. Huge difference. If my home town dealer does not match this price I will be driving back to Bismarck for the business.
