I'm located on the east coast, more than 1500 miles away, and needed to have this done in time for me to fly out to pick it up. Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

Clowns. 6 months and 4500 miles later I take my truck in to find out my NEW rack and pinion is shot. Likely due to negligence at the time of installation. Called good ol Northland and Derek said he would warranty the part but not the labor. Asked why not and was told he wouldn't honor the labor cause I gave him a bad review 6 months earlier. Wow,What a waste of time and money this experience was. Not recommended. Clowns

I have called 4 times since and they still haven't even looked at it. Every time I get a different excuse as to why I have not been contacted and why they haven't even looked at it yet. Not the type of service NW Tire is known for. Highly disappointed in their lack of communication and service.

I didn't find out until I had my car towed to the nearest shop because it wouldn't start, and the check engine light came on. But because it was put in backward, all the debris in the filter blew into my engine... over $300 later, I was able to get my car back and running. They refused to reimburse me for anything, even though I had a receipt and could prove it was due to their negligence. I'm never going back and just wanted to give everyone else a fair warning.

Midway across ND the car dies with an obvious electrical issue. On a Sunday... at 4:30ish in the afternoon. This is not good. A frantic search of garages with their own tow trucks leads us to Auto Express, who answers their phone. We end up talking with Randy, the owner and the world is (eventually) put to rights! First off the tow/drive to garage. We had two options, a straight tow or a "jump pack" which acts as a second battery source in electrical issues. Since we had 3 people and 3 dogs we opted for the considerably less expensive jump pack. We weren't speeding down the highway, by any means but we made it back to the garage. Where a frantic internet search had begun. I drive an Isuzu Rodeo and Isuzu hasn't been an American car seller for almost a decade so parts were hard to find. We thought we had a part available but it wouldn't be until the next day (Monday). Those of us in my car hadn't planned for an extended overnight anywhere so we were prepared to sleep in the car. Randy was kind enough to help us get other options. Of course, the part (an alternator) wasn't avail until Tuesday. Randy kept in touch the whole time and as soon as the part arrived the garage was prompt and fast with the repair. Our courtesy ride to and from the hotel was great. The pricing was excellent and Randy worked with us so we could afford the repair and still get down the road to our destination. I can't sing their praises loud enough! Great job guys and THANK YOU SO MUCH! Sorry I couldn't leave the puppy with you!
