Still, I have a long trip tomorrow and needed an oil change immediately, and everywhere else was closed for Sunday. I was, however, pleasantly surprised by the experience. The employees were polite, respectful, and professional. Despite being very busy with many customers, they completed the oil change quickly. They asked what I wanted done to my car and did not try to talk me into anything extra. The person who was manning the office was clear and helpful on the different oil options, their prices and advantages / disadvantages. The rate they offered matched what I had found online as a reasonable rate, and the entire experience was awkwardness-free, smooth, quick, and friendly. After explaining the situation, the woman who answered the phone told me to bring it right in. When I arrived, Matthew was at the desk and immediately said he'd take care of it--he even offered to have the woman I spoke to earlier drive me home if needed. Despite being clearly busy, they had my car fixed within an hour and a half that same day. I'm 7 months pregnant and was feeling overwhelmed, but Matthew's kindness and calm demeanor truly meant the world to me. He could tell I was stressed (even I know he was probably stressed himself with the busyness of the shop) and went above and beyond to help.
