If you don't make your appointment online or over the phone a few days before the weekend, you may be out of luck since they're pretty booked by the weekend. Full synthetic oil change took less than 1 hour and they were flexible with my appt since I called and said I would be an hour late to my appt. Total came to around $70 for a full synthetic oil/filter change but they also have coupons online and in their flyers for $10 off which made this one of the cheapest and quickest places to get a job like that done. The waiting room was comfortable, free wifi, and free drinks (coffee, water, tea) for people to enjoy in there. All in all, a good experience and price that is hard to bear for any of your car needs!

I was able to get in right away with no wait and rear brakes were replaced within an hr and half. In addition, I was previously dealing with issues with my engine as I purchased my car "as is" so when my check engine light came on DW Auto Services was the first place I called. I was told to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately as it was a misfire and was back on the road the same day! With that being said knowing all the trouble I had been having with my car prior to coming to DW Auto Services, Dakota was kind enough to spend over five hours on the phone with my warranty people and was able to get a replacement engine!!!! Overall, this process took no more than a week! From contacting my warranty company to ordering an engine to replacing the engine! I was even offered a loaner vehicle in the meantime while the engine was being replaced which was a huge benefit as if I had to pay for a rental it would have put me in the whole financially . I was able to pick my car up after only three days and If it wasn't for the service of their loaner vehicle I would have been left with no transportation. I highly recommend this business! The axle was ultimately replaced, but leaving the grease mess it made for me to clean up. I get that techs aren't compensated enough for warranty repairs, but this is just plain laziness. I also bet Honda corporate would like to know they are charging for replacement parts and reusing the old. The axle nut was supposed to be replaced per WO and my original was clearly reused. I also would like to thank the tech who tightened my lug nuts to 200 ft lbs when putting the wheel back on, just the icing on the cake. Typical dealer BS, I'll take my business elsewhere.

During our time there which was more than 4 hours, I expressed that I thought I needed to wait on the purchase and everytime I mentioned a concern, they met it with some type of solution. I wanted to wait for a certificated vehicle that would be ready in 7-10 days, but the finance manager kept swaying me towards this car. The certified vehicle was at a different lot. I should have walked, but decided to go ahead with the ourchase. Some things needed to be done- we wanted the rust proof spray and they were going to replace the console around gear shift which was wite beat up, and so the vehicle would not be ready for two days. Still leary, I asked " do you have a buyers remorse clause". I was told by the finance manager " we have a 7 day return policy if you decide for any reason you do not want the car. Return it for the $$ or exchange." That night, had difficulty sleeping, next morning woke up with it on my mind. Had appointments in the morning but could not shake the bad gut feeling about the car. we received an email that afternoon that the work on the car would be started at 07:30 the following morning I called after receiving that email, asking to speak to the salesman and/ or finance manager- not available. I spoke to a manager and explained the situation. He said that the return policy stood and I asked to have our down payment refunded. He said he was going to contact the mechanics. I also emailed the salesperson and then called back again to speak to him, which I did, relaying all the information. My call and speaking to manager and salesman was less than 24 hours after we had been there. 2 days after my call, the finance manager called and spoke to my husband. He relayed the explanation, the manager said he understood, BUT would not refund the complete 5K because of the anti rust coating. We would need to pay the $500.00 My husband said "well arent you going to pass that on to the next customer", to which he replied that we needed to pay for it, because we had requested it.
