I was able to get in right away with no wait and rear brakes were replaced within an hr and half. In addition, I was previously dealing with issues with my engine as I purchased my car "as is" so when my check engine light came on DW Auto Services was the first place I called. I was told to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately as it was a misfire and was back on the road the same day! With that being said knowing all the trouble I had been having with my car prior to coming to DW Auto Services, Dakota was kind enough to spend over five hours on the phone with my warranty people and was able to get a replacement engine!!!! Overall, this process took no more than a week! From contacting my warranty company to ordering an engine to replacing the engine! I was even offered a loaner vehicle in the meantime while the engine was being replaced which was a huge benefit as if I had to pay for a rental it would have put me in the whole financially . I was able to pick my car up after only three days and If it wasn't for the service of their loaner vehicle I would have been left with no transportation. I highly recommend this business! They care, and recognize everyday hard working people! I value their professionalism, communication and continuous effort to make their customers feel understood and cared for. Out of all the places I have been too in Eau Claire for the past 20 years this business by far is the best!

Without a doubt the single worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I called to have it…read morebrought in Wednesday, they tell me bring it in. I get there no one is even in the building. I holler trying to find someone for 10 solid minutes. Finally someone shows up. They make no apologies or give any explanation as to why no one was there. They have me fill out my own appointment for them because they NEVER got my information when I first called them and didn't even ask what was going on with my car. Despite all that I leave my car with them (poor decision by me). They tell me a day and they'll call me. Thursday goes by without a peep from them. I call them Friday around 1pm I'm immediately met with hostility told I should just be patient give them until the end of the day. I call again at 4 and it's evident they haven't so much as moved my car into the shop to look at it. I'm told they'll get to work on it right away give them 20 minutes and they'll call me back. After an hour I called them back. Once again they are rude and short tempered and give me NO information on what's happening with my car but say they'll know something soon. I specifically ask, will you know something by 6 come close because I need to know something or take it elsewhere. They tell me by 6 guaranteed. Of course that was a lie. 6 rolls around they don't call me. I call them, no answer and their voicemail is full so I can't even leave a message (very professional). I proceed to call several more times to no avail. I drive over there, shops closed doors are locked no one is there. I bang on the door and their neighbors come over and tell me to try the other door because he sees their cars and thinks they are there. I bang on the next door nothing. I see my car on the lot untouched just as I left it THREE DAYS AGO. I grab my spare key and take the car back because one more second of it in the hands of a group so incompetent was a scary thought for me. Only after I pick up my car do they call me back. I'm busy at the time and don't see the call. They don't leave a voicemail because of course not these people don't talk to you. I call them back they finally pick up. I tell them I'm done with them I don't trust them. They patronize me and sarcastically try explaining why they have done nothing with my car. Politely I tell them to save their breath our business is concluded. The guy goes and I quote : "Fine no sweat off my balls." And hangs up on me. They were rude, unprofessional, they lied to me, ignored my phone calls, copped an attitude anytime I called them trying to get an update on my car and generally stonewalled me. I suspect the delay had to due with the fact they charge 35 dollars a day to let it sit there. NEVER EVER EVER would I recommend this place to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are toxic, incompetent, LIARS.

This all costs less than what a different place quoted me for replacing just one tire. They also recommended I have the tires "torqued" after 50 miles. So I stopped by on my way back from my trip and they had the tires "torqued" in just a few minutes at no extra cost.

He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients.
