I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning for routine maintenance--an oil change, coolant flush, tire rotation, alignment, and a tune-up. I was quoted around $650, which seemed fair. An hour later, the shop called to say my valve cover was leaking and the total would now be about $930, which I approved. They ordered what turned out to be the wrong part, and by Thursday they still hadn't touched my car or updated me. When I called, they told me the correct part was on extreme backorder and that the cost would now be around $1,040 because they had already taken my car apart. After speaking with the manager, Steve, he agreed I wouldn't be charged labor for the valve cover or gasket since the mistake was theirs. I only paid for the $30 gasket and reminded them of the remaining services I still needed, many of which they had not done despite having my car for over 24 hours. The next day, they told me my alignment couldn't be completed due to loose tie rod ends, and later said my car was finally ready. When I arrived, I paid for the completed services, but upon checking my receipt, I noticed they had charged me around $55 for the valve cover gasket instead of the $30 both the tech, TJ, and the manager had stated. After confronting them, the manager refunded the difference. The entire experience left me distrustful and frustrated, and I will not be returning to that shop.

Different people would answer my calls and have no idea what another person was doing or what progress was made on a certain car. Every time I called they would put me on hold, and then transfer me to someone else just to tell me ANOTHER person will call me back when they get the chance. The first time it took them an hour to call me back, the second time they never called me back. They are your typical car service scammers who don't even seem qualified to be working there in the first place. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was bothered by the fact that I was dropping it off and once I told him I had already spoke to someone that was going to get the car in and do the repairs, he reluctantly took my keys. My wife calls to check the status 4 hours after drop off just trying to come up with a game plan as we were over 500 miles away with no other transportation. The gentleman the. Told her it would be close to closing or a little after, so I got there at closing and buddy that mechanic didn't even let me finish speaking before he started being a complete jerk. The family that took me to drop me off, went in with me and left just as floored as I was at the way they began speaking and treating us. The morning after picking the car up at 10pm the night before, I checked the pieces under the hood to find everything they touched had been broken that was brand new when I dropped it off. Was finally able to speak to someone after providing proof from a local to me repair shop that even stated the issues were a result of the damage. The establishment refunded me for the labor cost that we paid to have them screw our car up and then had the nerve to blame everything on the mileage of the vehicle and my rudeness was the cause for the issues we are having. I requested they pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle and they have ignored me since then! I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They are a joke and will come up with every excuse to not be held responsible for their crappy work. I have pictures of everything and if I could post them here, I would! Beware and ask around before using them because I have already heard of two local people that I know of in the last little bit that have gotten their vehicle back messed up and they refuse to fix the issues they know they have done wrong. This place is a joke that preys upon honest people that need car repairs! Don't use them!! I understand everyone has things going on that can complicate their day or make for a long day but that is life and no excuse for poor service and work with no quality at all.
