So I'm on vacation but have a list of things to do and other appts, I arrived at 7:40 AM on a Tuesday, was told there's 14 cars in front of me not including appts, it wouldn't get seen til late afternoon. Tried again the next day, arrived at 7AM, 4th in line. Told them I was going to get breakfast and be back in an hour. They incorrectly put me down as a drop off. I came back when I said I would, they changed me to a "waiter", my car didn't get touched until 11:30, I did not leave until 1:30pm. So many "waiters" who came way after me were done way before my car was even touched. I fell through and they did nothing to apologize or try to make it right. I was punished for trying to make efficient use of time and get breakfast.

Spoke to Luke. We discussed my issue and while we were on the phone he sent over a quote. I called back later that afternoon and told him I would drop the truck off Wednesday after work. I arrived, spoke with Luke, showed him what I did and he said no problem. We can get it taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was not expecting to get the truck back until sometime on Friday. I get a call this afternoon from Luke, Mr. Tim, your truck is ready. I was like what, no way! Sure enough. I went there after work to pick it up. I spoke with Luke as well as Stephen who rang me up. We discussed the warranty and even provided me with the old part. I drove home rocking a cold A/C the entire way there and it about froze me out of the truck. You could not even tell that they had to remove the dash to make the repair. Second invoice 48472 charge $1,316.54 dollars, vehicle mileage 274669 reason: while I was driving the car shuts off by itself and I almost crash. Tow the vehicle to the Christian brothers automotive and on-site I start the vehicle and I have a check engine light on. I took a picture and it shows the check engine light that gas tank having a 1 quarter of a tank and the rpms reading 900 rpms. I spoke with both boss on-site and said that the reason the car shuts off if because it was out of gas that the level sensors was bad. 1. First thing they replace the gas pump. What happens to test the equipment. (Test the gas pump and sensors) 2. They said that the gas tank was empty. How? when I was on their parking lot before i left the car over the weekend I took a picture and it has 1 quarter tank of gas, check engine on and reading 900 rpms while the motor was spinning. Someone is lying and is not me. Of course I have to pay $2,369.99 dollars no warranty and i was told when I show up the second time that if I don't like the service I could take my vehicle out with the bad sensors or I could leave the vehicle and pay. So much for religious mechanics. Difference of mileage from first service to the second service 238 miles. Be careful with this guys. They love the money without doing the work right the first time.
