I took my 2016 Land Rover to have an oil change, the young man said I needed my radiator fluid flushed, so I said OK...... now every 2 weeks my radiator fluid light comes on saying I'm low. I had no issue with it until they so called changed it. So, I take it back they add fluid (top off) they call it. They one young man said he google and said this will always happen with my car, but I had NO issue until they changed it. Yes, I'm upset because every 2 weeks this same fluid light comes on. Went to this location looking for an oil change on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Both employees were nice, helped me get into the bay, and then told me they could not change my oil because I had a plastic oil pan. They said they did not have the tool necessary to do the change, and sent me to the N Main Street location. I drive 20 minutes to the other location where I am shown a picture of my oil pan which is metal. I was told this is something this location does often to get out of working. Wasting my time and gas on a lie as a business is crazy. Do not recommend this location. I would recommend N Main for Take 5. read more

The service here is excellent and they really go above and beyond. You immediately get offered a water while you wait, they move efficiently to get the job done ASAP, don't up-charge or try to sell you things you don't need, and offer good prices/selection. Went for an oil change. Expected 10-15, maybe 20 min depending on the line. Apparently this business fired all their mechanics/employees cuz there were only 2 gentlemen doin their best to handle all the business. I arrived at 10:44 am on march 21, 2025. I pulled out at 12:14 pm. That would be...significantly longer than 20 minutes. For reference, there are two oil change lanes. Each had two cars in it so I was car number 5 if that makes sense. read more

I know what my truck recommended but it's a difference when it's recommended and what is required the service guy tried to tell me synthetic was required even after showing him my book he said it was wrong all this so they can try to charge me $124 for an oil change I went to jiffy lune the guy asked what I wanted I told him and he said we recommend and so does the factory. I had the very best experience at this location. Very friendly staff. The assistant manager was helpful as I also needed a wiper blade for my rear window. I will be back and I definitely recommend this location for oil changes. It was so incredibly hot outside and I felt bad for them working in the heat, but they had the best attitudes. The guys here are always kind, courteous, and quick. I did have to wait longer than usual but they were incredibly apologetic and did all they could to help. If I could give a no star review, I would. I just spent the last 45 minutes of my life sitting in this parking lot waiting for service that was never going to come.. I watched two of the employees go to take a cigarette break with a fully loaded service lot. It took them 10 minutes to even say anything to me.. there are two lines of service, and I watched one line dwindle down while my line stayed put. I went to ask one of the five associates why it was taking so long, and he just shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know what was going on. They did inform us of price and quality of oil. However, they were the slowest drive thru oil change we have ever experienced. The guy who explained everything told us we could use more than one coupon, and it would only be $50. That was false. We could pay $110 at Firestone for oil change, filter change, tires rotated, and a full system check. We paid $73 just for an oil change, and they told us the filter would be replaced in 10,000 miles. They were nice as they could be, I just won't be coming back here for a routine oil change again. Especially when there was only one car ahead of us and it took 50 minutes to get in and out. read more

My husband car was running perfectly fine before he took it there to have his oil change. 30 minutes after getting his oil change the car started smoking when he got down the street. Awesome place. First time here and pulled right in. The awesome staff explained everything about the process and showed me my options. Once I picked what I wanted they got to work. Changed my oil and checked the tires. Took out my air filter and showed it to me and said it was good and didn't need a new one. (Last oil change place said I needed one because it was so dirty my car wasn't getting enough clean air...same filter). Once everything was done they did their inspection and showed me the dipstick with the new and proper oil level. Explained to me that I can come back for top offs until the date or the mileage on the sticker. Place was great. I was in and out in 10 mins. I will not go anywhere else from now on. I recommend this place you don't want you to leave your car. You stay in your vehicle the whole time. Fantastic. Real polite. They'll give you choices and recommendations. They'll check your air filters over all its like a pit stop I think it's Cool. The price is about the same as everyone else and you get to stay in your car. Last time we had a radiator flush and oil change and the hospitality was so nice I didn't even keep track of the time it wasn't long. First of all I was stuck in between 2 cars or I would have left. Waited almost two hours for a ridiculously priced oil change. Even the dealership is not as slow or expensive. The dealership checks every fluid and tops them off. Fills the tires. This place does non of that. $51.99 ÷ $7.99 for the cheap oil and $26.00 for my filter! What a crock! Never ever again. I waited 2 hours and they barely did 8 minutes of work on my car! There was only 2 cars in front of me when I got there! I don't have $87.00 to waste on any given day but for this place don't waste your time. BTW to the manager I have never heard of not topping off the brake fluid cause you can get air in the brake lines! And to everyone that works here, when I start my car the next morning my light came on for low tire pressure. 3 of my tires were extremely low. You all could have checked the pressure in my tires!!!!! So pissed. read more
