Car was left outside unattended with hood open in the parking area. Went inside to inquire. Very rude and unprofessional. Man said he didn't have time for this and wanted the car he f*** out of his shop. I am disabled veteran and had to push the car out of a parking spot and have it jump started. The hood latch is broken on the car and there are pry marks on it from something used to open it. I then went in to ask about the hood latch. The man said he didn't break the hood latch and that I was a liar. Said to leave his shop.

I called and the person that answered the phone was so nice and said they would do what they could when we got there. They got our tire patched and had us back on the road in 20 minutes for $16. Napa schedule system told me I got upcoming oil change appointment- great, I thought - I confirmed it via their new Napa system - then they call me n notify they couldn't get me scheduled until WEEKS OUT. Turn around TWO days after they told me they are backed up n couldn't get me in for simple route service - I had a friend with unknown car troubles call them up and GOT right in the next day. Priority for new clients that MAYBE have a problem diagnosing problems rather then staying loyal to one's that's been bringing cars to for years.. not fun or happy bc I've always liked going here.

We have been longtime, loyal customers at Mark's BUT NO LONGER!! I have always dealt with Andrea…read morewho is always thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly pleasant to work with. When she would tell me how much the services or repairs would cost, thats what they cost. In her absence yesterday I spoke with Mark himself. After an initial call about what was needed, Mark called to let me know how much the work would cost, tax included. I approved the cost and said yes to the work being done. Fast forward hours later and the cost increased $150 dollars. When I arrived at th shop, I asked to speak with Mark about the increase. I asked him to highlight on the receipt where that increase was. He did not do that. Money has always been tight so I pay attention to the details. I have to. After a good deal of time with Mark talking over me, asking if I understand, and trying to convince me that I did not hear the amount that I approved the work for, he says "Listen Doll. I dont have a crystal ball." I have never been spoken to like that by an employee of a business, much less the OWNER of the business! Its "Dolls" like myself that keep his business going. I regret that Andrea was not there. This would not have happened. Needless to say, Myself and my family will never give this business another penny. I question whether you should.
