This last interaction came down to these guys righting a wrong. Without giving details, I will just say the manager did everything possible to make me feel important to them. I went and checked her car to see what $200 light bulbs looked like. To my surprise, they left the packaging for the bulbs in the engine compartment. While this is a major fire hazard, it allowed me to determine the price of the the bulbs they installed. Turns out, the bulbs they installed retail for about $30 each. When I confronted them about it, they said they don't set the prices. However, on the bill they listed the bulbs as "misc service" which means they can type in any amount they want to. So they did set the price and refused to refund even part of her money. Stay away from this place. The new management will rob you and take advantage of you in a second.
