Today I went back to discuss the status of these tires. All 4 are shot. They have 21000 miles on them, but come on. I had purchased the extra warranty and they carry a 40000 manufacturer warranty that Mavis doesn't care about. Was told because I declined an alignment 3 times this year its my fault. I was there 3 times. Once for the tires (Feb). Didn't get the alignment since it didn't need it. The other 2 times were for the tire that went flat to be replaced.....they just swapped the flat tire off the rim and change it. And once for an exhaust leak that they couldn't (or wouldn't) even fix. Why would they ask (they DIDN'T) if i needed an alignment when they looked at my exhaust??? Its so they can check a box in order to deny coverage on a crappy set of tires that I paid $140 a piece for ( so I didn't really cheap out....) Never again will I spend a dime there!!!!! We went because it was convenient to work at the time and we needed the tires quickly...... Never again.....
