Sat in the office for hours waiting for an oil change only for them to come out and say I need all new brakes and rotors. (Frankly the front was fair but the back was fine) I couldn't refuse as they already started working and if they were to stop would have to scrape my registration. They charged me $1300 that I had to finance with a loan servicer they partner with the promise of 6 months interest free. This ended up being only 3 months and I wasn't able to pay it off in time and will be paying over $2000 total to the loan servicer because of this. And now onto the quality of work, I recently took my car for another oil change and my normal mechanic was very upset when I called and asked. He said he spent an ungodly amount of time and multiple tools because it was tightened way too much, almost took out a screwdriver to break it off. read more

All they did was change my oil. I asked for synthetic, paid for synthetic and then a few days later I looked at the sticker on my window and they used regular oil or maybe they wrote it on the sticker wrong? Who knows but I wasn't very impressed. read more
