The communication was terrible, the pricing made no sense, and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. Nothing felt transparent and it seemed like upselling mattered more than actually helping customers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They upcharge everything and make you feel like you have no choice but to pay it. There are way better shops out there that are honest, fair, and actually care about their customers.
