When they got it torn down they said the damage was worse than expected and suggested a rebuilt unit. I ok'd that and was told it would take about a week and a half to get it. I kept calling to check on it and was finally told on the morning 8/30 that it was in town but not at their shop yet. I called on the afternoon of 8/31 and they said they are working on it. I called again on the afternoon of 9/1 and it was still not ready. They called me on the afternoon of 9/2 and said it was ready so i went and picked it up. When I got home it would not shift into park. since it was after 5pm I called the next morning and they wanted me to drop it off which I did not want to do so they told me bring it in on 9/7 which I did and they corrected the problem with the shifter.
