I had to double task. I Needed my oil changed and fluids checked as well as replace a turn light bulb. The people were super awesome and understood I was getting make up on for a date and they just did their job while I put on my face. Usually takes me about 30 mins and they got done doing everything before I was done. I was pleasantly surprised! They charged accordingly to what was needed and I was happy with that! If Oil change service gave military type awards, these two guys ( only two guys) would be awarded a Bronze star Sadly for them , there was no other employees to open the second lane They never complained in my presence, remained professional and courteous! I went to Valvoline on a Sunday to get a oil change. They broke something off in my car so I couldn't drive my car. They had to tow it to a shop to get it fixed, but that couldn't happen until Monday .. so Monday they tell me they can't find a shop to take it to, by Tuesday they had a shop to take it to and it would be ready Wednesday.. so Wednesday they said they had to do something more to do.. so the car wouldn't be ready until Thursday morning. Mind you this whole time I have no car I'm having to catch a Uber and rides back-and-forth to work the store and just my day-to-day life usually after work a couple days a week I do Uber or DoorDash so without having my car, I couldn't make any extra money so when I finally get my car back . I asked him was I still gonna be reimbursed for my Uber rides and then the other manager came out and tried to give me $25 as a reimbursement on gas I will never ever go back to Valvoline again this location or any other location because their customer service needs a training course and customer service their managers and their staff are incompetent and do not know what they are doing. You have people training people on other peoples vehicle if this is going to be a place to train people don't charge $100 for oil change. I would advise everyone. to stay far far away from this place because they don't deserve your money and you may have to go without a car for a week for them to tell you to go get a rental and they'll reimburse you and take a Uber back-and-forth to work and they reimburse you who has extra money to get a rental car or pay for Ubers back-and-forth to work for a week when you have a vehicle already.. no stars for me.. read more

Waited in line for 2 hrs to get a oil change then on top of that they didn't add coolant to my engine when I went back so they could fix the mistake they said I would have to wait another hour and thirty minutes to be seen. Horrible customer service wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless you want a half a** oil change read more

I had used Valvoline instant oil change before at another location. At that other location they never seem to have the top synthetic oil which is recommended for my car. After leaving the other place I pulled in to this location was greeted by Matt who confirmed they have 0-40 synthetic. And after a short wait. Pulled into the bay and the team got to work like a race pit crew. I heard $8000 block in bay 2 and knew they were true gear heads! The other Tech Ezra looked up my information and it seems he and Matt knew as much about my car as I did (06 Dodge Magnum SRT8). Ezra went through the needed services and what I didn't need now. Said my belt looked newer so no need to change now. Got me out in about 20min with my whip running like a champ. Give these 2 guys a promotion and a raise! read more

I literally just left this location and I have no plans on ever going back. I work minutes away and that is what motivated me to go to this location. I sat in line for well over 30 minutes and realized that The line next to me kept getting shorter as people kept coming and leaving. Several cars only waiting in line for 5 minutes at the most, while I waited for well over 30 minutes. I asked if they could help me ask the cars behind me to back up so I could leave because it was ridiculous that I had been there for so long. The guy just walked in the shop so I asked the others myself. He then comes back and said it should only take about 5 more minutes and proceeds to fill fluid and my tires. 5 minutes go by, then 10 minutes go by and he is filling tires in the other cars. At this point I've been there for over 40 minutes. I finally get to pull in, to be greeted with unprofessionalism and I just left because my hour break is over and luckily I literally work 3 minutes away. I am not even sure what the tech did to my car but now my caution light is on in my car. Don't waste your time!! read more

Worst experience ever, waited 35mins to get nitrogen in my tires once it was my turn to get serviced the gentlemen helping me was confused on whether they had nitrogen. He goes and asks a coworker who then confirms that they were out it, he then explains to me that oxygen and nitrogen have the same effect on tire and that its okay go between both. I declined his offer and went somewhere else. read more
