Jose and crew at this location have completely changed that for me - and raised the bar for all others. Jose and his team were amazing. I called this AM about making an appointment and Jose was great from the start. Explained that you never need an appointment, just come on in! When I drove up to the garage door, Jose quickly greeted me and we walked into the office area - he pointed out the restroom, the water in the fridge, coffee maker. His crew drove my car inside and got busy on things. After getting mileage, etc from my car, he explained what he recommended and the benefits and gave me an estimate on the cost. We agreed on the synthetic oil (that's what I use) and tire rotation (I was overdue). His team got to work and they were done in no time at all. He assured me that they checked the filters, the fluids, vacuumed the car, and checked brakes, wipers - and I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff. Anyway, it was a thorough check and I felt great knowing there was attention to detail. Even better than all the actual work on the car was my customer experience. I have never ever been to any kind of oil change place - even car dealers - that was this clean. CLEAN. CLEAN. CLEAN. Plus, free wifi, a charging station for mobile phones, a work area (I had my laptop), comfy chairs, CLEAN bathroom. It almost felt part 'cafe' and there was a big window where you could see what was happening with the cars. I felt like I took my car to a spa or something. It took an hour and 5 minutes this time. I was late for my meeting. They also did not deactivate the service needed button again. I will NEVER go back. Horrible service.

It was snowing horribly, and the roads were bad. However, I only lived 2 blocks away so I made the drive to King Lube. I had called ahead of time to see if they were busy and they said they were not and they don't take appointments, when I got there it was empty, and they started to change the oil. They said I could wait over in the waiting area, so I did. The waiting area wasn't much, just a couple of dining chairs and some newspapers/magazines. I pulled out my phone, sent out one text and just like that, they were done. My receipt came out to $34.22, and it got done super quick. I would've given it 5 stars, but I think there is always something to improve. In this case it would be the waiting room. Maybe just put out a TV with some friends rerun or something, or even just the radio, that's all.

I definitely have no complaints about price as pricing is difficult with vehicles. Different dealerships have different amounts of money wrapped up in seemingly the same vehicle, mostly when we're talking used vehicles. Looking at the numbers of all my interests, I saved about $6500 dollars compared to other places. I'm not saying anyone would have this same savings, but that was my experience. I almost paid 2.7K more the day before for the same truck but with a 5 1/2 foot bed compared to 6 1/2 bed I ultimately purchased and really wanted. I can't think of anything that went slightly off to give them less than a 5 star rating for my first experience at this dealership.

Picked it up later that evening and was told I needed a new tube because the old tube was bad. Paid for the tube and service. Got home and left it in the truck over night. 8/15 I tried to mount the wheel but the tire was flat again so I tried to fill the tire with air with no luck. I found air leaking through the valve stem again so I took it back in to the shop. Granted the shop was closing in 10 mins they told me I brought them the wrong sized tube. I said I bought the tube from them and the service writer proceeded to tell me he could get me a new tube in the morning or put in a valve stem and just fill it without the tube. I opted to have them replace the valve stem and remove the tube and give me a refund for the wrong tube I didn't need. No refund and still tried to convince me to bring it back for a new tube. Said he couldn't authorize a refund of $19. 8/16. I called and spoke to a manager about the ordeal And asked for a refund for the tube. I was given a refund for the tube and service. Appreciated, but a little late.
