They said the pictures show ball joint damage, and that caused the wheel to fall off....NO STUPID...the ball joint got damaged when the front of the jeep slammed the pavement at 70mph. No common sense, just denial and F the customer. Hmmmm what what was it that caused 4 of the 5 wheel studs to snap off...crazy.
