He assessed the condition, and gave us a full quote as to what his charges would be. He fixed the problem for exactly what he told us he would charge, and the car drives like a new car! He charged a $65 diagnostic fee and I noticed when we got the invoice that fee was taken off of the bill. He provided pictures before during and after the process. He is honest from start to finish.
