The young lady, Stephanie, owns the truck, runs the truck, takes the order, accepts the payment, cooks the food and served it up so Stephanie is the truck. I had the chicken apple grilled cheese, sounded different, and it was quite good. It came with cole slaw and pickles or you can choose chops instead. I thought the creamy swiss cheese and the flavors of the chicke, apple, lemon, celery with mayo really worked, so great job. My honey had the Margherita grilled cheese which was mozzarella, roma tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and balsamic vinegarette that also worked quite well.
