I was told that the driver said our dumpster was emptied. I have 3 custodians and myself that can confirm that our dumpster was NOT emptied. Later that day I received a call telling me that it was emptied. I was not!!! I complained and told then that this was a church and we were trying to decorate for Christmas Masses and I had nowhere to put my trash. After a few more phone calls where I was accused of lying, and told that our dumpster would be RE-DUMPTED (their term) that day. Later I did receive a call telling it had been RE-DUMPTED! It was at this point I had reached my limit to their rude and disrespectful attitude. I informed them that I wanted to end our relationship. I asked them to send out the required paperwork to accomplish this. Two weeks later and I had not received any word from anyone. I called to find out how to terminate service, and was told they would get back to me. Later that day I received an email stating that It would cost more that $1500 to cancel our contract. This company does not care if their customers are happy or satisfied! They are all about getting PAID!!!
