I recommend working with any SA except Alice. Short with short hair look. Unfortunately, my experience with her was unpleasant, as she came across as rude. In contrast, the door staff were much more welcoming and pleasant professional. I ultimately regret making a purchase through her and hope customer service interactions can be improved in the future. A terrible shopping experience, I would absolutely AVOID them for a critical purchase like an engagement or anniversary gift. I am so happy that VCA has opened up a local boutique here in SF. Long story short, I have an VCA earring broken and got stuck on my ear lobe for almost two years. No other locations in the US were willing to take if off my earring because of liability issue. When I explained to situation to the boutique, the manager Alex was professional and friendly. He actually was willing to help. After few tries, he finally got it off my ear and sent to repair right away. I just got it back after waiting only for few weeks. I am not sure what to say. I am almost speechless at the " service " I received. I went in to a scheduled appointment and got to my appointment about 10 minutes early . I had my bracelet resized and it took maybe about 4 minutes. I was interested in making a purchase and the lady that was supposed to be " helping me " short red bob stated she will be popping in and out and never came back. That's it . I stood there and waited but no one came to let me look at the piece I was interested in . They obviously do not want my hard earned money and her attitude towards me said it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY NECKLACE BACK! This pains me to write this as I've been a huge fan of Van Sleep & Arpels... I bought my opal signature clover necklace to the boutique to be repaired, and was greeted by Jason the store manager. The service at the store was wonderful by all the staff, UNTIL.... I brought my necklace in to be repaired as the opal had worn and needed to be replaced. I was quickly told that it would not be a problem, the it would take 2-3 weeks max and I would have it returned. This necklace was VERY very sentimental to me. I had worn it for 7 years and then had passed it on to my daughter and she wore it EVERY DAY, it was our connection while apart. While at the store, Jason turned me on to a black clover necklace and I bought it on the spot. I wanted a similar necklace as the one I had given my daughter. Now here is where it goes WAY DOWN HILL. I was promised 2-3 weeks return, to find out out that it had been shipped to Paris, without my knowledge, to be fixed and they would make sure I got it back ASAP. It is NOW NOVEMBER 7TH, 2022 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT BACK!! They have put me off for MONTHS, saying the same thing over and over again, that "they are doing the utmost best and have my best interest at heart and I should be seeing it soon." FINALLY after 10 text/email exchanges heard I should be seeing it first week in December. AFTER BEING PROMISED 2-3 WEEKS! No upper management even cared enough to follow up.
