I believe this is one of the older outlets in the area. It's set up in small sections and features probably two dozen or so stores. What's great about this place is that it's not busy at all. One of my least favorite things about outlet shopping is that there are always tons of people getting in your way, but not here. We came on a weekend and it was practically empty. No lines in any stores. Speaking of stores, some of them include: Gap, Adidas, Nike, Calvin Klein, Bath and Body Works, Coach, and Tommy Hilfiger. The outlet features pretty basic stores that you can find in any other mall or outlet in your neighborhood. If you're on vacation and don't have options and you need something, I'm sure you could find it here. It's small so you can get in and out in no time and since it's not busy that usually means you can get good deals. If you are on vacation you might as well stop by. If you're a local, you have tons of other options in your area so go there instead.

While this place isn't flashy with De La Renta, Karan and the like, the clothing stores- for instance, are exclusive in their own tasteful Sanibel way. Some clothing can be too pink and turquoise for me (think of Vineyard Vines), but then there's the other side of Sanibel that's almost clean-cut with a minimalist feel. As was the case when I purchased 3 different minimalist-styled tops from two of the women's clothing stores in the plaza. Parking is a breeze. Grounds are immaculate.
