She spent a long time and a lot of effort running back and forth finding different colors, fits, styles, and sizes. I literally went from being ready to walk away from Nike shoes permanently to falling in love with a very cute pair of Vapormax 3 flyknits!!! Roari was not only extremely helpful but also relatable, enjoyable, caring, and excited to help me solve my shoe dilemma. I couldn't give her enough props for her amazing customer service and will seek her out any time I have shoe questions in the future. Give this amazing dedicated employee a raise!! The clearance rack is alright, mainly extra large sizes or weird color combinations. I would check your size, but also try out the slim fit vs fitted styles. Fitted may be better for those a little more athletic/chest. More importantly, fitted is great if you like to wear the undershirt/tuck in to compliment. Slim fit feels more like a stand alone shirt with no undershirt. Again, everyone has different sizes/variations etc etc and I'm not a tailor. They still have great deals on golf and workout shirts. Once in a while, there's a score on pullover tops and shoes. Recently I scored a pair of sneakers for under 35 bucks retail was over 90 bucks! Service is excellent, I've been approached on every visit by a Rep asking if I need assistance, and check out is smooth as a baby's behind. They also accept returns with no questions asked. Pro tip: they get new stock in on Wed according to one of their Reps.

Clean, spacious, easy to find, and friendly staff. You can't really ask for much else to be honest. I only noticed two people working the store, fortunately it wasn't crowded so I was able to get help pretty quickly. I saw someone else come in and make a return and they were in and out. If you need to try on a pair of converse you've had your eye on, this is a fine place to do it. I would not make the drive all the way out here if I didn't have other things to look at or do in the area. Navigating the whole outlet parking lot just isn't really worth it, but if you're already here, stop in.

The only thing I really don't like about this store are the dressing rooms-- they are TINY. And there's no return rack. I specifically asked if they wanted me to put back the clothes I didn't want, and they said they preferred I give it to them to put back. But any time I do that I feel like a huge inconvenience to the employees... definitely my least favorite part about shopping there. But other than that, the selection is good, deals are good, and the staff is semi-friendly. Definitely recommend it!
