When they needed to ask me something it was discreet and quick. I didn't have to worry about incidentals. I dropped off the picture boards (which they supplied) and other items I wanted displayed (pictures in frames, lions jacket, guitar, etc.). They took care of displaying these items around the room. When the day was done they didn't rush me - not once! The next day at the church they again went into action without me having to worry about a thing. They knew what the church permitted and how everything was to happen. We had military honors which they made sure of. Again, I didn't have to organize one thing! I tried to give them a "tip" at the end. They wouldn't hear of it. He politely said no and said it was his pleasure. I would highly recommend them!!

When we asked NUMEROUS times to have them quiet down, the staff seemed irritated that we dared ask... well... I was to the point of wanting to barge into the other room and telling them to "shut the hell up"... NOT how I wanted to feel at my cousin's funeral. SO if you want to have PEACE & QUIET to grieve, to say goodbye... then this is not the funeral home for you. Their rooms are not soundproof and you will be left feeling aggravated and upset. And they ask for their programs back. Really? the family can't even have something to hold onto as a memory of what should have been a beautiful service. *one positive thing, all the employees were dressed appropriately and they wore name tags.

I have only been to funerals for childhood friend's family at this funeral home in GP. It's the most used services in the area. It's located on the corner of 8 Mile or Vernier and Mack. They have a decent sized parking lot in the back as well. They post the decedent's obituary on their dignity memorial site.

The next day I called again because I needed more information, the lovely lady who's name escapes me now, was very helpful as well in answering more of my questions. My mother, sister and brother went though and said the people there were very kind and made sure everything was as my uncles adult children wanted.
