Had an electrical issue related to my refrigerator and called Mr. Electric for service. I was…read moreinformed that the service call would be $49. The technician was at my house for less than 30 minutes. They visually checked the circuit breaker in the garage and tested the outlet voltage, finding no issues. I was then billed $320 for about 30 minutes of diagnostics with no equipment, parts, or supplies used. After questioning the charge, there was no willingness to negotiate. Based on my experience, I highly do NOT recommend using them due to the extremely high pricing for minimal work.
