He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I began limping my car to a shop I found on Yelp to wait for it to open and beg for help. I stopped at a light and to my right was Coopers. Butch's open sign flashed like a beacon and I pulled in. I walked in and was greeted by the owner, Butch. I explained my predicament and how far from home I was. Butch invited my girlfriend and I in and pulled my car in. He explained that he could either do a patch job and get me on the road in a few minutes or do a complete fix in a couple hours. In the interest of safety, he recommended the full repair, which I opted for. He then asked where I had been visiting. After I told him my family lived nearby, he pointed to his truck and said the keys are in the ignition. Then he sent me to spend a couple hours with my family while he fixed the car. He finished the repair in a couple hours as promised and had me back on the road at a very reasonable price. There are not too many places like this left. I highly recommend Butch and the Cooper family for any repairs. He is honest and goes way beyond with service! Thanks!!

This place got 600 bucks out of me on spark plugs and gasket cover and misadvised on battery…read morereplacement telling me that would fix the issues I was having with my car. I specifically asked them to find a reason my car was having trouble starting. That's 800 overall I could have saved and used getting the actual problem fixed. They had a guy try to tell me my check engine light was on because I needed tire sensors which was totally bs. The next day check engine light came back on and acceleration stopped working in the middle of me driving which was scary. They have a recorded line so they have on record I did call the exact day it happened while I was at work to tell them about it. I didn't go back because I went there twice. First for spark plug then was told if I didn't get the gasket changed I will have same issue starting car due to a "leak", so came back the next day. They tried to offer an oil change for the false information given. Honestly I should have went to my usual mom and pop shop I go to but I couldn't wait at the time and went to Midas for convenience which was a mistake. They sent me to Glassboro to have those guys look at my car, they were nice but they couldn't figure it out. I told them at that point I already have a correct diagnosis on what the problem is from my usual place and will be setting up an appointment with them with a cheaper price for camshaft Timing work. Ik now it will be worth the wait. At this point there was nothing the Glassboro Midas can do for me as I have replaced the camshaft sensor and will have someone else working on camshaft timing. I don't recommend Midas, they are a chain auto shop that will milk you for money. The experience at Woodbury was my first impression of them. Do not go there. A woman who I believe is in charge of customer relations for the location called and tried to get me to remove my honest review from google with the exception of two oil changes. She refused to give a refund for the poor service that could have gotten me into a car accident. The oil change does not amount to the money swindled from me. I'm not a complainer but I have to tell the truth, they messed with my funds, life and my time. Stressful experience. Do not go there. Huge scam!!!

I've called a few other companies prior to L.J. Wurst and Sons, and they were all fairly impatient on the phone due to it being a Sunday. When I spoke with L.J. Wurst, they were super nice on the phone, and also came to me within the hour. The drive to a local Pep Boys was about 30 minutes, and the ride was also very pleasant. I truly appreciate L.J. Wurst's service on a Sunday afternoon, and their attitude/service was second to none. Best service I've received from any service company in a long time.
