I choose them after doing a lot of research on local auto repair shops in the area, including Wilmington, DE. This place is about 30 minutes away from my home or a $38 Uber charge each way, but well worth it with the attention to detail and reasonableness of the costs. He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I made an appointment with them and dropped my vehicle off at 7 AM. They gate was still closed, so…read moreI left a typed note explaining that I wanted an HVAC diagnostic because the system motor was working, but it wasn't blowing either hot or cold air. I added that the actuator was moving and the heater hose was getting hot, but the air coming through on any setting was neither hot nor cold. So I wanted a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong. I also wrote that on their envelope before dropping my key in their box. Their lot was so packed, I had to park in an overflow lot across the street. By 11 AM, I hadn't heard from them, so I decided to give them a call to make sure they found my vehicle in the overflow lot and to confirm my notes. I called them 14 times between 11 AM and 3 PM and there was never an answer. Their voicemail message said to leave a message and they would respond within 24 hours. But I didn't have 24 hours. I needed my vehicle back the same day. I called an Uber to take me back there after 3 PM to find out what was going on and that's when I finally got a call. But I was already less than a block away. When I went in, they said they were calling to tell me exactly what I told them in my notes and when I made the appointment, that the AC wasn't working and they wanted to know if I wanted them to run a diagnostic. After 8 hours, they did nothing to my vehicle other than turn on the heat and AC and only told me it had the very same problem that I brought it in to have them diagnose. According to them, the appointment was just a placeholder and did not impact when vehicles are serviced, which defeats the entire point of an appointment. They said I should have told them if I needed my vehicle the same day, even though nobody was there when I dropped it off and nobody was answering the phones. As for the phone calls, they said they only had 1 person answering 5 lines and that's why none of my 14 calls over 8 hours were answered, and it was my responsibility to leave a message ... in spite of the fact that their voicemail said it could take them 24 hours to respond. I've been here before and the service was much better than it was today. Those days, I'd give them 5 stars. But the absolute minimum I need for someone servicing my vehicles is that they have someone to answer at least 1 of 14 phone calls, and that they pay attention to the reason I dropped my vehicle off in the first place.

Then was charged 2x for alignment. Was told they performed alignment 1st time and had to redo it after parts replacement so they charged 2x for alignment even though the 1st time the alignment could not be completed until repairs were made. After trying to argue the alignment was not complete the 1st time and should not be charged 2x I was told that was standard for the industry. Seems ripping off people is also standard for the industry. 1st time and last time I use these guys
