I was then told today (the day after not having my appointment followed through with) that I was being rude with expressing how frustrated I was. I wasn't rude, I wasn't vulgar - I was honest. Munoz defended himself saying was a "nice guy" & per reviews I see that, but I was not treated well by him. No apology for missing my consultation & no apology when I cracked a joke saying "you're the most difficult guy to get in contact with" rather he had a condescending attitude stating "yeah, we're a really busy attorneys office". Seems rather prideful to me with no apology whatsoever. Set people up with expectations because we also have a life outside of yours.

I had been living in Arizona for less than a year at the time and my parents were out of the country, I had trouble getting a hold of them.
