Great experience with this law firm. This review is long overdue but several months ago I hired John to be my attorney. He got my case resolved in a timely fashion. He is an excellent negotiator. Very professional. The girls here are super sweet and answered all of my questions. I never once felt judged or inferior when speaking to my attorney or his staff. The cops harassed me and left me psychologically traumatized with threats of jail time, heavy fines, etc.. They never gave me a presumption of innocence and made me feel like a worthless criminal. After reading several reviews on Pinnacle Law, I decided to hire them for a recent ticket that I got going 70mph in a 40mph. Not my best decision as this is a criminal offense and I haven't been pulled over for any offense for at least 15 years, so I had no experience with the process or what could happen to me or what price I would have to pay meaning insurance increases, lawyer fees/court fees and most important how much time would this cost me. You know for someone who's not got a lot of experience working with attorney's I was happy to be greeted by Brittany when I called in needing help. she took all my information and told me not to worry. She went over all of the information that I needed to know. she told me who would be contacting me and when to expect to be contacted. She immediately got on the mission. I called on a Friday and Brittany said that Janine would contact me on Monday since it was closing time. That fair right, well Saturday came and of course Brittany had already sent me everyone's contact information. So I was shocked to see Janine pop up on my caller ID. I immediately picked up (because of course if she is calling on Saturday that must mean something was really wrong) Janine confirmed that she was speaking with me and asked if I had a few minutes.
