I believe in ordering the relatively simple things because they can show problems with preparation. It was simple and delicious. Coffee was maintained hot and fresh at the self-serve. It was really cool to watch them making the variety of crepes. Saw some with ham, some sweet options, maybe some cheese with others. Beautifully executed. I was in and out in maybe ten minutes. Might have even been faster but it looked they were doing a brisk business of orders. The place a has a really cozy feel to it. That feeling is further developed by the absolutely wonderful staff.
