The ice cream prices before tax (in 2021) seem fair including 1 scoop (minnow) $3.00, 2 scoops (small mouth bass) $4.50, and 3 scoops (large mouth bass) $5.50. The ice cream nachos (3 scoops with all toppings and crumbled waffle cone) is $7.00. I got a Root Beer Float ($5 plus $0.45 tax) here recently which had vanilla ice cream with Barq's Root Beer, a good refreshing standby on a hot day and minimal mess.

While I was at Weirs Beach during the holiday weekend, I stopped off at Sawyer's On The Pier for a pint of ice cream on a very hot day. I decided to get a pint of the Espresso Fudge Swirl ($7.50 plus tax in 2024) to celebrate summer and the popular summer anthem "Espresso." A week before, I tried to pick up a pint of very limited edition Espresso ice cream at a national ice cream chain shop in Chestnut Hill, MA, but it was beyond sold out for good. The Espresso Fudge Swirl was the next best thing and locally made in NH. The ice cream was hand scooped and packed into a pint container. I enjoyed my pint of Espresso Fudge Swirl ice cream along the waterfront, but it was quickly melting very fast, about half of the pint becoming ice cream soup. Since the pint had a cover, I was able to bring the pint home and put in my freezer. I enjoyed the rest of the Espresso Fudge Swirl the next day on my outside deck while blasting "Espresso" and bopping along, lol.
