Service: Staff was nice, service was fairly quick Food: The breakfast sandwich I got was solid, would recommend. I also got a cappuccino muffin that was really good. Value: Prices on par for quality and portion size Overall very glad we stopped here, would recommend their breakfast sandwich and muffins.

My food was tasty but did not come out as described on the menu. The menu said it would have an egg, chicken sausage, and cheese on a jalapeño biscuit. Instead, it had ham (or Canadian bacon) and no cheese and no chicken sausage. The food runner was having difficulty resolving a problem at another table so I opted to just shut up and eat my food the way it was. So, my fault for not letting them know about the mistake. My husband was satisfied with his roast beef hash and eggs. We split a cinnamon sticky bun. It was sticky and tasted good but nothing really special. The bun was...tough. Although it wasn't that great, I feel like this place could really be great with a little more attention to detail and staff that was a little older or more experienced.

My friends and I went there for dinner on July 9th. We started by having a drink at the bar, and…read morethe service, views and decor were all fabulous. We then headed upstairs for dinner. Our server's name was Summer, and she was awesome! The sticky rib and lamb lollipop appetizers were delicious. I had a pork tenderloin special that I hope will be added as a regular menu item. The pear sauce that was drizzled over the pork was outstanding, and I would love to try that recipe at home. My friends got the Ribeye and the Seafood Paella, and both of those were excellent. Not a scrap was left on our plates, and we all agreed that it was the best meal that we have had out in years. We can't wait to back!

We were seated right by the window with an absolutely breathtaking view of the lake. No matter what the food tasted like, this was going to be a great experience. We had been working all day, and after 12 days working the Laconia Bike Week, we were tired and just wanted someplace to relax. This was a great choice. We started with a Beet Salad for me and New England Clam Chowder for my dining partner. He seems to be on a roll to find the best clam chowder, as he's ordered it just about everywhere. He said this was good, and my salad was excellent as well. I got the Seafood Paella and he ordered the Crispy Duck. He said the duck was very good, and it came on the saffron rice that was served with my paella dish. The paella was jam packed with seafood. I'd say it's an Americanized version of paella, but was still very good. They do make saffron rice using real saffron as opposed to saffron powder. The shellfish was plentiful and had scallops, shrimp, mussels, and clams. There was edamame instead of peas, which is a bit unusual, but still good. All the seafood was cooked nicely. There was a little too much andouille sausage for my liking, which I removed. With all the food, there was no room for dessert. This was an outstanding way to end a very long week.

To get the true Kellerhaus experience, get the ice cream sundae bar! You can fill up your bowl with toppings like hot fudge, raspberry sauce, candies, and whipped cream to your heart's content. And then be sure to top it off with a mini flag! After ice cream, take a stroll around the gift shop! There are several rooms of cute items to explore. I recommend the chocolate room especially, you can find really nice gifts there for all the chocolate lovers in your life!

The flavor options and pricing are at the cash register and you can't really see either from afar, which makes it feel rushed when you get to that point. The pricing I think is getting pretty high for what it is. They no longer scoop the ice cream in front of you - the ice cream is around the corner. When we got to the smorgasbord, the whipped cream wasn't working/was empty. The workers didn't seem to want to fix it, and once you leave the line you can't re-enter. Pretty disappointing to not be able to get their homemade whipped cream they rave about. For almost $9 for a one scoop make-your-own before tax, it was honestly not a great experience today. We miss the nostalgia of this place - it's becoming more industrialized and less sentimental.
