I received a phone call at 4pm less than 24hrs. ahead of our dog's surgery advising I was given an incorrect pricing and that the actual price would be at least $200 higher than the amount I was originally given at the time of scheduling. The employee-Marie that called me chalked it up to "oh well she's a new employee". They refused to let me speak with a manager. This has been the worst experience I have had with a vet and would never recommend anyone to send their animal here (I had been warned from several other people and clearly should have listened). The WORST customer service I have ever seen. Our dog was having to be neutered for medical purposes and we were given a timeline of when it needed to be completed, as we were given a certain amount of antibiotics for him to have enough 2 weeks post-op...had we have known we could have made different arrangements...now we have to find another office to perform the surgery, as well as pay for additional antibiotics. Clearly a lack of new employee training, as well as office management..because who calls less than 24 hours before a scheduled surgery and says oh by the way you weren't informed there will be an additional cost. TERRIBLE!!!! Do you and your pet a favor and find somewhere else to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
