=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE Tough to recommend: wide product…read moreselection, good prices, but service may be challenging. === 2. PRODUCTS The saving grace of Napa: + wide selection of auto parts. + decent prices; better if you order online - 10% off. === 3. SERVICE The big challenge here: - somehow, an online order is shelved/put away after 10 days without pickup. I learned this during pickup on day 12. There was no warning other than the response from the attendant who helped me at the counter. - Alas, the same attendant made me feel like I was a criminal for coming in after the 10 day time limit had lapsed and created more work for him to look up the part, get it from the appropriate shelf in store, and reluctantly work through my request to match the 10% discount for my order (which I showed him a picture of on my phone). - As others have remarked: it seems like there are a lot of staff working...just not at the front. One client took up all of the time of the one attendant at the counter, leaving the rest of us to line up for a long time...as the other staff walked back and forth in front of us. Other tills were open, and the three other staff could see all of us, but retail customer service appears to be of less importance here. === 4. ENVIRONMENT The retail side of the operations is small; it looks likes an auto mechanic shop with the fluroescent lights above, shelves of car parts available, and darker colours (greasy looking perhaps) on the floors and walls. Not unpleasant, but certainly not modern and clean. Wheelchairs and baby strollers could fit in the aisles. Parking is relatively plentiful in the private just outside.

The employees here radiate a deep resentment for their jobs and their customers…read more Walking in, they heave a deep sigh that someone dares to pull them away from their Instagram. "Napa parts, can you hold?" *click* "Fuck it I'm not dealing with this anymore today" - Actual exchange overheard while in line. One employee at the counter, two others standing in the back glaring at customers challenging them to ask for help. I'll go to the junk yard to siphon motor oil and used filters out the wrecked cars before I buy anything here. They are one tiny step away from being a fairly entertaining sitcom. Other Napa locations seem to be fine. It's just this one.

Well well well, thanks to Yelp I found a great source for seat covers here in Vancouver…read more Let me start by saying that I don't know much about cars but Bernice, who I spoke with on Live Chat was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered my question about currency and guided me along through checkout. I don't know of many online companies who will take the time to be that accommodating so, thank you. The website was actually easy to use and what I really liked was that I could track the progress of my order as it was being made and I could also track my order once it was shipped. Before I got started I looked at their Youtube channel to see examples of installs - that was really helpful!! I installed the covers on a Saturday morning and it took about 1 hour - the instructions were pretty good. They were a bit tight to get on but once I did some minor re-adjusting with the velcro for the backrest covers everything looked nice. I guess what I'm saying is that I really appreciated the excellent customer service, I feel that I got really good value for my money and the seat covers look fantastic in the car. I would highly recommend that people look at this Pro Seat Cover before running down to Canadian Tire or Walmart. Happy Shopping! Donna

I was charged $928 for a thermostat and coolant and went back four months later for a replacement…read more Richard and Allan refused to help me due to their lack of knowledge and wanted me to come back again for Danny who installed the initial service and ripped me off initially. I've never been so demeaned for being a woman. I called back for a refund after the refused to service me. Meanwhile Richard the owner sat in my car and googled codes he wasn't able to fix. The issue? My mechanic told me later that the tube they replaced in April was leaking, and that's what they refused to fix due to what I believe is incompetence. I called the following day for a refund and Allan told me to come in again and I said I didn't trust their work after coming in and waiting. Allan was extremely rude and dismissive after my long wait to an empty shop. If you aren't in an emergency, or a woman, AVOID this place. They add things to the bill without asking (my initial visit I was charged $100 for coolant I didn't want). Reported to BBB. Awful service. After a lack of info and waiting without answer, I towed my car. The new and trusted mechanic said the coolant leaked and needed a new hose. No one at Jiffy lube answered basic questions and in fact couldn't even find the leak! An appointment to fix the issue never happened. The owner, Richard, spent an entire hour sitting in my car Googling basic diagnostic codes on his personal cell phone. He did not know how to fix the issue, yet I was still charged [Insert amount if you want]. Falsely claiming we scheduled a follow-up is an attempt to cover up a complete lack of basic expertise and a rip-off. Future customers beware.

I highly recommend this location, especially if you are a fleet owner.
