I asked him why I had just driven an hour to see him and paid $230 if he could not provide the service I was told he could provide. He gave me a rather weak, "Yeah, I could probably be better at communicating." What he should have offered is a refund since I was lied to and never would have gone to this place if they had been honest and accurate on the phone. So in the end I wasted half my day and $230 and received no contact lens prescription. Criminal.

She was bouncing around the office asking questions to his assistant while Dr. Chen was discussing treatment options with me. Some places aren't well equipped for situations like that where the parent would have to be chasing the kid around instead of being present with the doctor while planning out the care plan. Spoke directly to Amanda, the owner who was delightful, I told her I had booked into an available time for full facial IPL laser and plan to book another day for face and neck as there was no availability, she said if I wanted she would be happy to do it all at my appt as I was the last appt of the day! I showed up 15 min early and completed paperwork and a consult w/ Amanda who reviewed my skin, expectations and post treatment care. Her office and treatment rooms were beautiful and clean, her equipment also spotless and well organized. She completed the treatment and it was obvious she knew her stuff and her equipment well.
