They left reports too, would call me to explain sometimes what they'd completed if it was complex or if they had questions. This is an affordable apartment complex, but the baseboard heating bill will sneak up on you during the winter. That gets extremely expensive. Well water only which is simply an adjustment, just get screw ons for your shower head and sink to filter it if it's a big deal to you. I do wish that the dumpster was cleared out more often though with how many people lived there as that gets smelly/overfilled fast. Overall, I had a pleasant experience living here and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
