My daughter always felt comfortable at all of her visits and her treatment ended up being even better than we all had anticipated. Dr. Ulrich is a wonderful orthodontist who definitely cares about her patients. We happily made the drive to both of her offices from Springfield so our daughter could go to Sugar Creek Orthodontics. Her lip swelled up under the braces he was kind and compassionate as he corrected the problem. My kids loved him, his office staff had great customer service and worked with schedules to make appts convenient. He is also very involved in the community and supports various non profit events. Excellent orthodontist and good person. Highly recommend.

This dentist group has fallen into an understaffed, worst type of medical office you can go to. He was sent to prompt care for antibiotics & an appt was made for the Tuesday the following week as no dentist were in. Then when he went to his appt they sent him a prescription and re booked a week later (today). We had to call to remind them to send the script the first round. Then today they removed his tooth and didn't send a script for anything yet again. So we called at 1:20pm, left a message. No return call just a text saying that we need to call to have it sent in?! He has the chills and feels like he could vommit 12hours after the procedure. No relief no response no care or human decency left at the this business. DON'T USE this quack of a dental office you would be better off going to strip mall type of office! Zero stars forced to put one.
