I was thankful that Lilian was able to provide service on Sunday, which is when they're usually closed. But I ended up having to reclean 75% of what was done so it feels like it wasn't worth the money or time waiting around. The floor was still dirty so it wasn't cleaned well. After the cleaners left, I busted out some new slippers and the bottom of them turned dirty. When I decided to steam mop afterwards, I had to change out the pads a few times as it turned dark from not being cleaned. I also noticed the large sliding glass doors leading to the backyard had streaks. There was a window that got missed above the sink and so it was cleaned haphazardly at the end. When they left I noticed there was streaks on the window. I had asked for a door to be wiped cause it was visibly dirty and one of the cleaners proceed to wipe it. Then she asked me if it was okay. I said okay bc I had given up at that point as I saw she just moved the dirt around and didn't clean it at all :').

With a recent visit, I was astounded by how clean the floors, countertops, and bathrooms turned out. They were also surprisingly thorough in also cleaning outdoor spaces, appliance interiors, doors, light fixtures, and other nooks and crannies that it never would have occurred to me to request they cover. The cleaners were quick to book (within 2 days) and on time (3-3:30 window, showed up right at 3 pm). They texted ahead of time (instead of calling). The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). I loved that they moved my couch to clean under it as well! They prefer cash. Would definitely use them again in the future.

It really felt like she went above and beyond, and I could tell she put a lot of time and effort into making everything look clean and organized. Unfortunately, the second cleaning felt a bit rushed, possibly because she had another appointment afterward. Once she was finished, she seemed to be in a rush to leave and I didn't really get a chance to walk through and double-check that everything was good to go before she left. I would have appreciated having a few minutes to look everything over and point out anything that may have been missed. It also didn't feel like the same level of care or attention to detail was given this time. I noticed some dirty spots that weren't completely wiped down or vacuumed, and one of my floors wasn't as spotless as it was after the first cleaning, so I don't think it was fully mopped. My room also didn't have that same clean and organized feeling it had after the first visit. The first time, the stairs in my hallway were also cleaned, but during the second visit I was told that the stairway wasn't included and would be an additional cost. That was a little confusing since it had been done during my previous cleaning. Overall, my first experience was excellent and genuinely felt like the cleaner went above and beyond. The second cleaning just wasn't as thorough or consistent, which was disappointing since I specifically rebooked the same cleaner based on how impressed I was the first time. That being said, I still trust this cleaning company more than others I've tried and would continue to use them. I just hope future cleanings are more consistent with the quality, effort, and attention to detail I received the first time.
