We ended up seeing the physician assistant Amy and she was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to my dad. Listen to all his concerns looked at all of his records before she came up with a plan to treat him. She wasn't ready to just go into having procedures done but more willing to treat the problem before we had to do the next step. She was caring an compassionate, which is where these days. Whole experience was great for my dad as it is his mind and mine as well. Highly recommend everyone in this office.

She explains every test result in layman's terms without having to be asked. It's not easy to find a doctor of her caliber any more. The office staff are equally great to deal with. The nurses go way above and beyond to help you feel comfortable doing everything they can to be of help to their perspective doctors. Never a long wait in my experience. That's wraps it up.

I see Dr Ham at Mayland for treatment of migraines. She and her staff are top-notch and I feel I am in very good hands. The Maryland facility is easy to get to (access, easy parking) and the administrative staff make check-in and check-out a quick and easy process. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room before getting to see the doctor.

I then got an email stating my chart had an update. To which I then read my results were benign. 2 wks after that I Recvd a bill for over $1200 for a diagnostic colonoscopy to my understanding means I either was referred or was having symptoms of some sort. I guess they thought I took it upon myself to prep and just walked in for a colonoscopy. My ins pays 100% for a yearly colonoscopy. They're holding out for me to pay this and won't change their erroneous billing. Please make sure you get a statement of charges prior to getting the procedure because their office staff is terrible. When my in's advocate calls them they tell her it's ins fraud to change the billing. NOT when it's a mistake And the ins co is asking you to. I will not ever be going there again.
