On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. The lounger was well padded and comfortable, room temperature was nice and cool (it was a pretty warm afternoon outside). So I decided just to go in and cancel - they said they had to CHARGE me $105 again to unfreeze so I can cancel! At this point I don't even want to step foot in there but not without getting my $ back now. I do not recommend. Go elsewhere.
